The first step to another big adventure

Salutations friends I come from afar to join your community. I followed another one of my long time friends here because this seems like a positive place to exist and eat sleep and breathe writing on.

I've been roleplaying for over a decade now and have done creative writing all my life before that so its always a treat to share this passion with new friends. I'm from Canada and make maps/manage data for a living so sometimes I get a tad busy and or tired. Sometimes I can get overwhelmed or get a little bit flakey but I've been doing my best to be present and available even when I'm feeling ---meh

I'm a flexible writer, I generally write 2-6 paragraphs but shift to suit the flow of my partner/ or what the situation calls for. I love worldbuilding and especially fancy science fiction but I also have a soft spot for fantasy and steampunk. I tend to focus more or plot and characters than smut and I usually like to make the occupants of my world miserable but feel vindicated by the possibility of a far off happy ending.
