Many people think of him as a gentle giant who won't hurt a soul. They're mostly right.
He will calmly listen to anyone speaking, wait his turn in line. Will is almost a perfect therapist. He won't ever put his own needs in front of others. A great gentleman that wants to do good in the world.

After his birth, he was was raised by his mom but Oskar kidnapped him and left him to die in a forest; it was also on a completely different continent.
Lost, alone, and half dead, Will's adoptive father, Manprem Viranda, found him. There, he tried to bring the barely one year old to his family but to no avail. Agasint his better judgement, he began to raise the kid. He named him Sahlil. Until age fourteen, Sahlil had a mostly normal life. He lived on the poor side and was raised Sikh. Manprem took him on a vacation to "__". It was there he saved a sea werewolf from a trap. Unfortunately, he got bit. When he returned to India, problems arose during the full moon. For a year, he would hide himself in forests during the full moon.
Worry and fear grew until he returned to (country) at age sixteen. That was when he changed his first name to Willfred.
He moved in with Rían to help with the lighthouse. He was another werewolf. Manprem joined his son in (country) and he has been working at the lighthouse since then.
