About Me: Hi, my name is the stilted scribe though you can just think of me as scribe. I'm a a 21 year old guy from the United States east coast. I've just recently joined the site though my generation was the first to be terminally online so I've been around RP for a while. It started ever since I first found my love for writing in general and my desire to share that love with other people. So I'm rather experienced despite my young age on most RP forms.

What I seek from RP: Well... a good story obviously XD. I am a pretty story focused person. If you let me I'll go on and one about he mechanics of a story and the potential ways to deliver theme and a bunch of other shit my no English degree having ass finds interesting. But what means for any potential partners reading this is I'm a pretty "literate" guy though I find the terminology troubling. What I mean is the basis for any story I find investment in is well defined arches and themes for both our characters. While I'm not completely opposed to them, the typical pairing list usually isn't enough to get me going. I would to collaborate on an idea together that can start of simplistic but evolves in a planned but organic way. At least for the most part. Everyone likes a gas station junk food run once and a while.

And this doesn't mean I expect novel sized posts from any potential partner. While one line responses are a no go, I don't want 10 paragraphs either. My writing style is descriptive but it's to the point. I try to make every sentence mean something as to move the plot along which means sometimes I keep things short and sweet. So word count and length doesn't matter to me as long as what you write actually pushes the story along and leaves me enough to reply with.

As for topics, unlike most here, I actually don't care much for fantasy or Sci-fi settings. Not that I won't do them, there's proof to the contrary there, but they don't aren't the only thing I do. I am much more interested in modern/historical settings and ideas. I love history and find humans already interesting enough without the inclusion of elves or magic. But, like I said, I am not opposed to any fantastical ideas. It's just that the promise of chosen one swords or laser weapons isn't enough to hook me.

As for smut, it's something that, unless agreed upon before, I don't want to be the main focus of an RP. Is it something I want? Yes, very much so. But it's a case of doing your homework and eating your veggies before getting desert in most cases. You'll see the smut focused ideas below but for the most part, I prefer my RPs to be long term affairs' that build up to the point of the good stuff. But enough conjecture, let me show you what I have in mind.

Story Driven Plots:

Wrong Place, wrong time (Mafia/criminal setting): YC is a an everyday waitress in an upscale New York restaurant. The clientele are the cream of the crop. Bankers, celebrities, old money, and while sometimes rude tip well enough. It's a living. You only got the job to help make ends meet while pursuing your other passion... whatever that may be. But, for now you're stuck working long shifts and taking the idle cat calling that comes with the job. Yet you can't notice something odd about the owner. He's young, just about your age if a bit older. He's distant to the staff yet always seems to be with a group of select people either out in the dinning room or in the back. It's odd since most of these men are much older and have an air to them. But, it wasn't your job to think. But your suspicions are confirmed one night when, forgetting your coat, you come back to restaurant after it closed early. When you head back inside, you hear what sounds like a commotion in the backroom. What you find is MC, your boss, bloodied with his group dead and two men holding him a gun point. Then they notice you. What happens next... is up to us.

A hard treaty for harder times (Fantasy setting, BodyguardxVIP): In this land of Trivina, the continent is divided into a set of smaller kingdoms that all are interconnected yet different. YC hails from a coastal kingdom not unlike the historical height of Venice. A merchant society with a strong king that makes it bread trading and selling goods across the coast. The court is made up of some of the most prominent and wealthy merchants your city has, one of these families YC is apart of. By contrast, MC hails from a central, land locked territory that is much different. It is ruled by a council of elders as the old are valued since life up their is not so easy. This territory is known to produce some of the best solders and generals in all of Oshama. Their main export is mercenaries and grain. They are a prideful and coarse people to say the least. However, times are changing. There is a new, unified threat from the north forming. One that MC's territory see as a huge threat. And so they sent an envoy of ambassadors to YC's kingdom along with many others to ask to form a unified front. But when they get there, trouble is already being caused. And soon enough, MC becomes YC's bodyguard as a sign of goodwill. What will happen when two young people, products of very different cultures, are forced so close together.

Smut focused Stories:

A way to make ends meet (Roomates, modern): Moving to a big city is hard. There's a lot that goes on but mostly it's money. That's how YC and MC ended up being roommates despite being quite different. There was a third but, they bailed and left us two with a rising rent price and no way to meet the demand. At least... not by conventional means. There's this new platform called onlyfans rising popularity and it is one of our character's idea to do it together. That way they can split the profit down 50/50. And after some talking, they agree to it. But soon, it takes off and suddenly their lives are changed forever. In a number of licentious ways that's for us to decide.
