Malek was born the son of a hybrid and a demon, in a bid to combine the four races and enforce long-lasting peace between them as well as the races that composed them. It was no surprise, of course, that so much power could not be bottled into a single individual and the resulting child was... half-assed at best. He possessed the silver eyes of a true alpha, but none of their glow, let alone strengths, and was completely unaffected by the moon's cycle. He showed none of the weaknesses of the other races, and - likewise - none of the strengths. The combination of vampire, fae, warlock and werewolf, was sadly nothing but a plain human, a garbage failure, and he was treated as little more than such.
Following years of beatings from his father and tortures from his mother - whom seemingly kept him alive out of a sheer desire to have a punching bag - his face was left permanently scarred. The boy finally escaped his childhood hell at the break of one fortunate dawn, and took to the streets with little but an inhuman tolerance for pain and resilience to poison, magic, and torture alike. Nineteen years later, on the brink of a mental and physical breakdown enforced by nigh two decades of suffering on his lonesome and pathologically training in preparation for retaliation, the would-be sovereign - as is the arabic meaning of Malek - became the one so evil - the french meaning of Mal - and seeks to end this war if only to spite his parents and their kin.
