Plot
A paranormal and dark twist on the traditional role. A story of forbidden love between a preacher and his daughter. A story of inner turmoil of morality. A story of secrets and betrayal.
In Ravenhearst, Oregon it's no secret that vampires roam the streets and the woods at night. Preacher Jonathan Hart has certainly not kept his distaste of them a secret either. No, he preaches about how they're demons sent to test them, how their souls burn in the flames of hell and how the only way to save them is by staking them before they taste human blood. He even teaches self defense classes, how to protect yourself against a vampire attack and how to prevent it from happening in the first place. His son, Steven Hart is a hunter and Jonathan couldn't be more proud. His daughter, Sienna is reckless but Jonathan isn't too worried about her, after all, he taught her how to protect herself. But one night, after her nineteenth birthday party, she goes out to a party with friends- she snuck out her window -and he doesn't see her again. Not for six months anyway.
Then one day they get a knock on the door and when Jonathan opens it he can't believe that she's alive. That she's okay! He's so happy to have her back he doesn't notice that she can't come inside. He doesn't give her time to tell him that something's wrong because before she opens her mouth his arms are around her and he's pulling her into the house. An unspoken invitation but an invitation nonetheless. Then he feels how cold she is and when he pulls away to stare at her face he notices it. The inexplicable beauty, the way her skin kind of glows, the way her face pulls you in, such beauty can paralyze a man in the spot he stands. Such beauty is unnatural, although she was always beautiful, it doesn't take long for him to realize what she is.
With the realization comes a lot of trials and tribulations. Will he be able to kill her before her soul is doomed? Or will he give his own blood to keep her alive? And when he starts to get closer to her, will he see bits and pieces of his daughter still left or will she just be a soulless monster? What happens when he finds himself inexplicably attracted to her? How long will he fight before he gives into temptation?
What about Elizabeth and Steven and how will they deal with this? Will they be accepting? Or will they see her as a monster, a demon. Will Elizabeth learn to accept her daughter? Or after witnessing Sienna with her husband will jealousy and betrayal and anger cause Elizabeth to turn her husband in for withholding a vampire? Will Steven be on his mother's side or will he help her and her father escape?
Lastly, what about Sienna? How will she handle being a vampire? Will she be able to survive on animal blood or blood packs stolen from hospitals? Will she be able to control the monster inside of her? What about her relationship with her father? Will she want him as much as he does her? Will she be addicted to him like he is her? Or will she push him away? Will she want to rebel? To go back to her normal life until she realizes that everything in her life pulls her back to him?

Personal History:
She was born into a small upper middle class family and grew up in a blue two story house in Raven Hill, Oregon. Her father is a beloved preacher and her mom is a Sunday school teacher. She is five minutes older than her fraternal twin brother.
She was given the name, Sienna Grace Hart on June 15th at Saint Mary's hospital. Sienna grew up in a loving and tight knit family. She and Steven have always been close as twins usually are. As a child she was daddy's little girl and her mother's little princess. As teenagers Sienna and Steven became more independent of each other as Sienna started becoming interested in cheerleading and makeup and boys and Steven became interested in becoming a 'Vampire Hunter' and playing football.
As a child Sienna always had a sweet tooth and would often coerce her brother into giving her his last cookie or double fudge brownie. When she's depressed or sad she eats mint chocolate ice cream and likes to watch cartoons she used to like as a kid. When Sienna is nervous or scared she bites her lip or chews her nails. Sienna has always been sweet, a good girl with a healthy amount of rebellion for a teenager. Her best friend is Rochelle Williams, the sheriff's daughter.
Sienna has a big room. She has a full size bed that sits against the middle of the wall. A comfortable bench that used to hold all of her toys but now only holds old clothes and a diary with a pink cover and an old slightly torn butterfly sticker on the cover, sits in front of her window. A worn out bible rests on her nightstand. A bookshelf sits in the corner of her room and is stacked with books and with notebooks filled with short stories she's written. Sienna's bedroom floor has plush white carpet and she always wears a tiny cross necklace around her neck. A framed poster of a painting of Marilyn Monroe hangs on the wall by her bed.
Sienna lost her virginity to an old boyfriend when she was fifteen. She got her first job as a waitress at Rosie's Diner in town and the first thing she ever bought with her first check was a pastel pink record player at a garage sale for a hundred bucks.
How She Became A Vampire: Sienna is very trusting, she likes to see the good in everyone. So when a boy she has known since she was a kid but has always been nothing but trouble invites her to a party in the woods she doesn't think twice. After all Sienna has always been attracted to broken people, she's a fixer and always wants to put the pieces back together if she can. Later, when she'll recall the story, Sienna will always recall a campfire. The smell of smoke and ash. The half lit faces of the people surrounding it. And being attacked by an animal. After all, her necklace should protect her against vampires. It's not until she wakes up and her hands reach for her necklace like it's her life line that she realizes that somewhere, somehow it had fallen off of her.

Jonathan Hart
Jonathan Hart is a good man. He stands by his principles and his morals and teaches his kids to do the same. He cares about his community and will do anything to protect his town. His kids mean the world to him. Jonathan loves his family. He never thought about his daughter in a sexual way until she was bitten. To his defence vampirism heightens beauty. When he discovered Sienna was a vampire he couldn't let Steven kill her. Sienna wasn't just some girl off the street after all. She was his daughter. Jonathan had to save her and so he did. He let her suck his blood, bonding them which only heightens his attraction and lust for her. (You guys can feel free to fill in the blanks for him and make him your own:))
Vampire Rules 101
1. Vampires can go out in the daylight. The sunlight makes them uncomfortable and hurts their eyes.
2. Vampires can't enter houses or buildings unless they've been invited or they are abandoned. They can't enter churches at all.
3. They can be killed with a stake through the heart
4. They can eat like anyone else but they still crave human blood.
5. They have powers such as the ability to manipulate people.
6. Vampires can't get pregnant.
7. Crucifixes and holy water burn them.
(I'll add more to this as I think of them :))
