Hello.

Dear reader, it's me.
Yes, again.
I don't know you and you don't know me yet- but you will.

My name is Sundermist, a roleplayer and writer. From small excerpts of ideas long forgotten, 1x1 roleplays to TTRPGs and actual novel writing... I've been around this scene for a few years, I've lead roleplay groups and have built worlds for study. I was a concept art student and I'm proud to say I'll be graduating in 2 days, surreal stuff. I mention this to show my love and in my humble opinion my thorough skill in building lore in both actual illustration and with words. I'm back after a hiatus but I've never been here before. So, nice to meet you.

A little bit about me outside of writing,
I work as a chef in training and have recently taken interest in food. Dare I say if I had all the money in the world, I'd drop everything and study the Culinary Arts in Switzerland or something. Maybe even become a chef/butler badass that has a high profile charge. But that would be far too exciting. Alas, I have no such money and cannot pursue these fantasies.

But hey, I can make a mean Chicken Marbella.

I have a tuxedo cat and he's 3 this year. I think he has a girlfriend, she comes around sometimes. I call her Gotham because she looks like Batman and I don't know her actual name.

As you can see, I'm a bit of a yapper. I like to get to know people genuinely OOC, that's just how I am. If you are too, then we'll get along just fine.

Anyways, that's all I really wanted to say for now, write back soon.

Second! I bet you're wondering how to start Role Playing and where to go! I think it's pretty fun to explore the forums, and I highly recommend doing so! Most thread homes, if not all, have a pinned post at the top of them to tell you what goes there!

However, the Request Threads are pretty self explanatory; Here's a Link! There's plenty to look through, but you could also build your very own! Tell people what you're all about and get those writing partners! Take your time though; there's never any pressure! If you were looking for an open story you can just jump in straight away, you can find them in Unfinished Tales!​


Next, I've created A Sanctum Tour to help find a lot of cool places on site! There's plenty to do while waiting on replies or to give yourself a break every now and then! But, these are some of my favorites! The first shout out goes to The Sanctum Tavern! Here you can find many a thing! By the Hearth can be found there and has many wonderful discussions; my personal favorite is where everyone talks up their writing partners! Want to see some cute pets or share your own?
