On the outskirts of Sanctum City, three unsuspecting individuals are forced to embark on a quest they never asked for. Join Emma, Melly, and Marty as they are sucked into the world of books, forced to survive until they can find the exit.

Proudly present this lovely story. Anyone is welcome to follow along and read our ideas and thoughts, and of course the story as well when it is created. However, this is closed to any new people unless given permission by one of the three people above.

So, about this story:

If you have ever seen the move The Pagemaster, then you have a fairly decent idea on how we came up with this idea. Our three unsuspecting adventurers will explore different books/stories, immersing themselves in that world in order to find the exit. Their only hope is to make it home in one piece.

On a final note, we would like to ask the Sanctum Dwellers who are interested in reading to suggest books. (Please nothing too obscure) If you would like to see these three fight the perils of your favorite book, we would love to hear it!

So I'll get this ball rolling with Marty.

Name: Martin Vaughn Wright

Nickname: Marty or Vaughn

Age:27

DOB: February 18

Height: 5'7"

Build: Thin and small.

Overall appearance: Dirty blond hair, turquoise eyes and high cheekbones

Everyday attire: Black rimmed glasses, some kind of hat but most of the time a fedora, black jacket/cardigans/hoodies, button downs, skinny jeans, and black boots.

Personality: Quiet, shy, and socially awkward. He likes to read and has a soft studded. He's super nice and passionate, but you have to get him comfortable first

Biography: Marty was a loner in school, sometimes picked on, but he became very good at hiding. Most of the time? He hid in his books under the stairwell or in the back of the library. His parents were well off, one a doctor and one a lawyer. Their jobs kept them busy so he often spent time at home by himself with either a babysitter or a nanny until he was old enough to take care if himself.

The only thing he wanted to be when he grew up was an author, but he does have a degree in Library sciences, because while he wants to write books, he loves to be surrounded by them. He has an eidetic memory and can recall everything he reads, even if he's only read it once.

Name: Adam Cambridge
Age: 20
Gender: Male
Appearance: 5'11" 198 lbs, redhead, green eyes, has a slim, but athletic build. Usually wears short sleeved button ups over plain colored t shirts, black denim jeans and a pair of Vans shoes.

About: Adam Cambridge grew up in the rough neighborhoods of Baltimore, Maryland, where he had been known to get into scruffs with the other neighborhood kids. He was never the one to start them either, but he did learn to finish them. It had gotten to be enough to where he had to move with his parents, far from Baltimore, which did conveniently conform with his father's work. Unfortunately, they had to move from place to place from time to time. Adam learned Kendo, along with aikido, when his family spent two years in California, then eventually went on his own at 18, where he then lived in Boise, Idaho, for two more years, got a decent paycheck.

Events continued to play out for Adam, though. The company he worked for had closed doors and he had soon needed to find a place to stay. So he found his parents, who had been firmly living in Sanctum City for a while. Adam moved into his parent's attic which happened to be spacious enough to be an apartment on it's own, where he's been for the past week now.

Personality: Due to his kendo and aikido training, Adam has learned to be extremely calm, but does still show a little bit of edge in his personality, a reflection of his growing up in Baltimore. Adam is outgoing, outspoken and is acutely detail oriented. He tends to keep to himself, to avoid further altercation with anyone.
