Art Update Theme Announcement: Light

Short version: Another theme for all of you!!!

Long version: This one is pretty basic (Quite literally). White background, black text, no fancy images or logos. It's for any of you who want to log onto the site in a more professional environment without raising an eyebrow, who browse on mobile and want to limit their data usage or just want to browse without all the bells and whistles. Though we do hope to have a couple new bells and whistles coming soon.
