Rocky
alright, first non-introduction post, this'll be interesting.
hello!! i'm Rocky, i'm looking for some moderate post length roleplay, maybe a paragraph or two per post, and i'm not super picky other than that. i'm looking for friendly people!! i. have lots of anxiety. it will flare up during roleplay planning and etc and this is inevitable so, to make the process as painless as possible, i'm hoping to communicate with very patient and kind people.
i have a couple things i'm looking for specifically, and i'll probably respond to other peoples posts otherwise.
and some longer winded rp ideas (just one for now, planning on using this as a format for future posts basically)

Firstly, Fandoms!:
FNAF- so. not my proudest interest, but an interest nonetheless. it's hard to find anyone who likes this fandom but isn't . . . frankly, halfway illiterate, which is a shame, because in the right hands, a story using it could really flourish! i specialize mostly in playing the robotic characters and i enjoy plots revolving around/with heavy emphasis on how the souls in the robots cope with their situation and their past trauma- etc etc. there's a lot to work with here. i'm not super opposed to romance for this one, but . . . it's an iffy subject. i consider the bots aged up after a while rather than staying kids forever as ghosts, and there wouldn't really be any sexuality anyways, but yknow- still a really grey subject.
Stardew Valley- rare one here! i haven't really explored the roleplayability of this one, but i'm sure it's got some potential. i'm extremely drawn to the general vibe of the game, i'd love to do something with it. it would be primarily OCs for MCs, rather than canon characters, cause as much as i love the game . . . ConcernedApe could use some writing practice.

It's year 36 of the new empire. The capital city, Stackton, is prosperous in the empire's progress, but the remains of the previous era are still lingering just under the surface.
Newberry is a sub-city in the ground underneath the capital. It's a somewhat self contained little slum made of of seperate, organized mini-districts. Each space of the city is carved out of the Earth and connected to other places with a railway loop. The residential districts were filled with high density housing made up of tiny concrete block houses, stacked on top of eachother like crates. There was one elementary school, one high school, and not much else. The whole place smelled of moist earth and dust, and was covered in it as well.
Jon was a 24 year old (using the in-setting time system, so in normal person years that's about 18-19) sort of dude. Sort of meaning, basically, semi-closeted trans dude. He lived in the sub-city slums and went through each day in that dim, muddy place. He expected to live most of his life down there, and probably would've, if not for . . .
The Sub-City Scholarship Program from SCOS, Stackton Central Omni-School (a gigantic school teaching everything from 1st grade to master's degrees). He got a red, government issues letter on his family's door one day, and weeks of paperwork and planning later, he was accepted into the program, along with . . . about 2 other kids from Newberry at most. Yikes.
He got there, went through all the technical things, and blah blah blah (there's. too much to talk about regarding the school's details so i'll explain more in detail for anyone who's interested later.) and found himself sticking out immediately. He seemed to find his place in a cooler sort of crowd, somewhere between party teens and punks, purely by virtue of the style he'd adapted from where he grew up.
Somewhere along the way, he met someone very interesting.
Suggestions for this could be, another person in that sort of cool crowd, or a friend/neighbor from the same sub-city, or an uptight dorm manager/RA type of person, etc etc. Things can be figured out later. I mostly just want an excuse to use this setting and character for something.
