Hello everyone! I go by Sydney here and I’m thinking about getting another story or two going while the summer bugs keep me inside. I’ve already been stung by a wasp while minding my own business (or beesness) on the patio this week 
So here I am, putting up a request post and I hope to hear from a couple of the cool folks online about getting some writing done. Though I do try my hardest, I am dyslexic and there will probably be some spelling or grammar or word mistakes that pop up and that I might not notice after a couple read throughs.
As I said, I go by Sydney and I’m a queer cis woman in my late 20s. I’ve been RPing for a good half of my life—I’d say I’m a lot better than I was when I started, at least a bit less cringe—and even though I’ll be more active during the summer months, I’d like to have some more long-term writing partners. If you need any clarification, just let me know. I’m comfortable writing with anyone as long as vibes match, which includes being LGBTQIA+ friendly. Not only am I a raging bisexual, but my characters and stories will have some casual queerness. In story homophobia, if it’s discussed as part of the story beforehand, is totally alright, but anything beyond that isn’t going to fly.
The pairings I’m looking for right now are FxM or FxF, playing the/a female main. I don’t do a lot of doubling but I’m up for being convinced, and sometimes background characters turn into a second set of MCs, so anything can happen. The story to smut ratio I’m looking for at the moment is 15/85 to 30/70, somewhere on the lower end with make outs, heavy petting, and fade-to-blacks where appropriate. The main characters are sleeping together for the first time? You betcha we’re going all out for that scene. A quick romp in the closet between scenes? We can probably infer what happens between points A and B. We’ll discuss all the nitty gritty of that in the DMs later. Cool? Cool.
Okay, to the fun stuff! Next is pairings and plots I’m interested in seeing fulfilled. I’ll be putting the parts I’m interested in playing in bold and colored. If you’re interested in any of them, throw me a DM with a little info on yourself and the plot you like/any suggestions of your own. Can’t wait to hear from some of you!

- A new bakery opened in town, the owner of which a was a witch, a witch with a knack for making enchanted pastries. Whether the locals know they’re magic or not, she runs a properly business. But when things start to sour, starting with all of her cream during the weekend before a massive event that left her scrambling to make an entirely new lineup of desserts, she decided something fishy was going on that warranted further investigation. Needing some muscle to protect the bakery and prevent further sabotage, she’s looking for someone big to help out. Orc, wolf man, gargoyle, demon, didn’t matter. If they could keep her new bakery safe and took payment in bread, they’d get along just fine.
- Modern dating required modern solutions. Introducing, Monster Match! No, not a matching gem puzzle app that steals your credit info—a human and monster dating app that steals your credit info! It’s a bit sketchy, but so is every other dating app, so what was one more to put up a profile on and hope for at least one decent person in a human-ish shape to strike your fancy.
- You like fated mates, I like fated mates, let’s have some fated mates meet at work and it’s all the awkward romance and stolen moments and eventually a stance has to be taken before the both of them end up broken hearted and unemployed.
- Same as above with the fated mates, but one of them gets launched into the wrong dimension and finds their mate there.
- When a maid-for-hire who’s barely making ends meet gets mixed up in some criminal mess that she can’t shake herself clean of. Is she being followed to make sure she doesn’t speak, or is she excited by the adventure and starts turning to crime herself?
