Hi all!
I have a character named Allen, a non-binary (she/they/he) polyaddict that I'm constantly changing around to fit into multiple universes and plots.
Right now, I want to put them in an urban fantasy setting, one where supernatural beings (vampires, werewolves, psychics, etc) are just beginning to get civil rights protections. I have a few different powers I'd give to Allen in one of these settings; The ability to manipulate matter at an atomic level or the ability to affect reality in their dreams. Both of these powers sound cool but have the immense drawbacks of being unpredictable, difficult to control, and at extreme risk of being targeted due to the potential destructiveness of both these powers.
Allen's powers (and some of the physical peculiarities that he has as a consequence) make him profoundly on-edge and internalized. I'd love to see him make a friend after a long period of loneliness, preferably a fellow supernatural addict.
