Me too it's so fucking frustrating, if I start writing I'm asleep on my keyboard after about 15 minutes. Nearly fell into my cooker because I fell asleep standing up. And as someone who likes to hike 6-10 miles a day with the dogs , I now shattered by walking to the end of the street
