Who are you, how long have you been writing and what kind of things do you like to write?
Hello I'm Shawn, I've been writing since 2018 and I love to write low-fantasy, modern fantasy, high angst, a little bit of sci-fi (if you convince me strongly enough) and paranormal.
I'm aroace, so keep that in mind when asking for smut. I'm not bothered by it, but I just generally don't have any personal experience/interest in it.
Romance I'm open to, but I prefer for the plot to be centered around something else.
i love to talk OOC about our roleplay and communication is key, if you have any questions about something in my response just ask. (I'll probably have questions of my own about how you would want the scene to go)
How long do your replies tend to be and what is your writing schedule like?
My replies tend to be 2-4 paragraphs long if I'm not given a lot to go off of, most of the time I mirror my partners length but not if my partner writes 2000 words per response. I just can't write that much consistently.
My writing schedule is roughly once per day, at least once a week. If it's been a few days and I haven't responded, give me a lil message to remind me I probably saw the notification and my adhd brain forgot about it.
i can't stand one liners. Please give me something close to a paragraph to work with. (Obviously If our characters are just exchanging dialogue, it's somewhat fine, but give the response SOMETHING more than: "<insert five word comment here>" YC said)
What is your tolerance level for gore? Violence?

Do you write sexual content? If so, what are your kinks? Limits?
im semi open to it, but i prefer a 80/20 ratio of smut in my roleplays at most. I prefer we fade to black and imply what happened. discuss with me first.
im new to the scene so cut me some slack.

amputation/removal of limbs (but only in a sexual context)
Incest of any kind.

The world is very similar to ours in technology advancements, but any species/race of beings you can think of exist.
There are many towns and cities, but the town most plots will reference/be in is Angeltown.
Angeltown is very utilitarian, hence the very literal name, and is occupied by "angel" looking people.
"angels" can not reproduce (but still have private parts because of bodily functions) and they can live a long time 100-150 years.
When "Angels" appear, it's called 'spawning' by the "angels" in the town.
"Angels" can spawn at various ages, for example: One could spawn with a body of a 14 yr old, and another could spawn with a body of a 4yr old.
"Angels" measure age by how long an "angel" has existed, and there is a test that one takes after existing for 18 years to see if they've reached mental adult maturity.
These newly spawned "angels" are often ignored for a few months, it's seen as a trial of the fittest by most living in the town. But a few kind hearts who remember their own "trial period" will take in any they see.
But more often, newly spawned "angels" will live together in groups of 3-5, growing up like siblings and call everyone in the group their family.
The naming system in Angeltown is "first simple noun that comes to mind" because when someone's just spawned they don't have a large vocabulary.
The "angels" vaguely resemble porcelain dolls, their skin is hard and scratch-able.
Many angels take pride in having unscratched/unmarked skin, however there are others who take pride in the intricate designs they have.
They are softer/squishier around their joints and face. But their face is still tougher than most humans' skin. Some angels have little red disks for cheeks, but not all.
Their hands are the most soft, and holding someone else's hand is a Big Deal in Angeltown. Holding someone's hand and them allowing you to is a big sign of trust.
Their legs and feet are highly sensitive to rough textures, due to those parts of the body being where their skin is the hardest and most likely to get scratched. Most "angels" will not wear shoes and will wear loose pants or a skirt/dress/robe because of the severe discomfort.
Due to them having wings, preening is a constant routine they do everyday and is considered a social common to have a friend preen your wings.
Skin color is a very wide spectrum, but most prominent is grayscale tones.
Darker shades are often ostracized and seen as "demonic" by a cult that has formed in the town, but most "angels" don't care.
The Cult's beliefs are that since they look like angels, they must BE angels. Along with, if they are angels they must have a strong connection with god.
The Cults followers also believe that if an "angel" is as pure as they can be, they will hear god.
Dancing, singing, and theater, anything that involves preforming and odd art, are seen as signs that an "angel" is a "demon" by the cult.
Over time this cult takes over the town and consumes it. Most "demonic" Angels are banished or executed and the population shrinks rapidly. Eventually making the town desolate.
Angeltown originally only had a fence around its borders, but now that the cult has taken over, they've turned into walls. The town is also a lot more dense the closer you get to the center, there is only one real entrance for people who can't fly and it's a gate. *cough* guess where the cult got THAT idea *cough* *cough*
Angeltown doesn't sell/make anything that doesn't have a use, or rather, that the cult doesn't see there being a use.
There obviously is a black market, it mainly runs its business around the edges of the town where there isn't as many people, and by proxy, not a lot of enforcers.
Not everyone in the town believes in the cult, nearly 50% (but that number is dropping, due to "demonic" people being banished or killed). But the other 50%~ that do believe in some way, have too much power for the unbelievers to really do anything.

Many angels who are banished strike it out on their own in some of the neighboring cities. Causing them to be manipulated and forced into toxic relationships because of their obliviousness from living in such a strict and isolated town.

This brothel takes advantage of "Angels" that come to the nearby city in search of work. It tricks them into working for them and forces the angels into debt with them by paying them before they work.
A way they get workers for the more... rough clients, is by abducting unsuspecting victims and putting them through a program to break them in.
The workers who oversee and manage the place are, mostly, paid too well for them to care about the morals of their actions. And any sceptics are threatened with being demoted to a "pleasure worker"
