Hello everyone. Thank you for stopping by and reading my thread!
My name is Sunnie, I'm twenty-six, married, and have been roleplaying for quite some time. Though I've taken breaks every now and then, my love for writing and improving my craft never falters. My biggest hobby is reading romance (although I am delving into different genres right now) so a lot of my ideas and plots give that romance book vibe. I adore slow-burn stories, building on heated glances and tension until our lovely characters finally snap! I want to be upfront that I am a slow replier, I work full-time with children so my energy is typically always at a zero. (I also suffer from a chronic illness!) I won't promise replies I can't give, so they come when they come. I'm aware that is incredibly vague sounding, but if you're willing to give me an ounce of patience I'll do my best not to disappoint.

- Capable of writing a dominant male. (Idc your IRL gender!)
- Averages at least 400+ words per post. I'm not very picky with post length, but 100-200 will not keep my attention.
- The ability to plot, provide your own ideas, and push the story forward. Passiveness will not be accepted!
- A great first message! First impressions mean a lot to me, messages that just 'Wanna RP?' will be ignored.
- Patience for my sloth butt, I generally work better with those who are also slow at replying and flexible.
- At the very least 20+ in age, since it's what I'm most comfortable with.

Plot Ideas... β₯οΈ
At the moment, I'm really craving men obsessed with their ladies, cowboys, and small-town romances. I'm happy for it to be set within modern times, but I would love if it was set within the 80s/90s as well. Think Twin Peaks, or hell even Stranger Things. (Just the town vibes, not the monsters and stuff.) I want to build a slow-burn romance that'll have us knawing on our keyboards with how tension-filled it is. These, building up to well-written smut scenes, is what I truly crave. If none of my ideas jump out at you, but you still think we'll get along together, don't be afraid to reach out with your own ideas! Please don't make me think of all the ideas.
The amount of hearts next to the plot name shows how much I'm interested in it!

And when he and his best friend retired, with nowhere to go, he hesitantly accepted the offer to work on his family's farm. That's where she was, all woman and unafraid of his quirks. He needed to work with his hands to get by, to not think, so she taught him the way of the farm. How to calm the horses, how to feed the pigs without being covered head to toe in mud, how to live. If only she wasn't his best friend's older sister.

- New towns and new faces, what's the worst that could happen? A young woman begins working as a new elementary school teacher in a small town, unsure of her new life ahead of her. After a long battle, he has finally gained full custody of his young child. Despite being known as cold, standoffish, and otherwise unfriendly to the rest of the town, he's determined to ensure his child's life is full of love and joy. Even if that means getting closer than he wants to their new teacher.

This isn't mandatory, but I'm a huge sucker for face-claims. Especially Celebrity face-claims. If you're willing, I would love if anyone would use either Jacob Elordi, Austin Butler, Bill SkarsgΓ₯rd, Pedro Pascal, or Oscar Isaac for a face-claim. I'm not typically one to control any aspect of my partner's characters, this is definitely just a preference that we don't have to stick to. However, I will note that I'm not very interested in egotistical, overly confident, asshole personalities in characters. I will absolutely lose interest if your character is anything like a spoiled Prince who thinks everything belongs to him.
