Hiya!
I'm Wonder, nice to meet you all!
I am 24 years old and I have been roleplaying on different websites since I was about eleven.
I enjoy the simple things in life; reading, writing, doing puzzles, watching shows and listening to music and podcasts. I can't say my life is that exciting if you look at it from an outside perspective, but I'd rather have my adventures in the comfort of my own home. I am an intense introvert but extremely social when I'm actually socializing, which is even more rarely now in these times. I moved right before Covid hit, and the only person I know here is my partner, so I am craving social interaction in any form.
In regards to roleplaying, I am a very versatile player. I like to plan my RP's before starting and have a good grip on mine and my co-writers characters. Oh yea, that's how I look at roleplaying by the way. I see it as a co-writing opportunity where we control our own characters. I am as interested in developing the plot for your character(s) as I am for my own and I expect people to give me the same courtesy. I enjoy a lot of different types of genres as well. I am most well versed in fantasy as that has been my main type of roleplay but I am itching to branch out. I love horror, contemporary and even comedy. One of my favourite tropes is people from one world finding a path to another, hence the name. Honestly, though I have some itches to scratch, I mostly want to push myself and my writing into new depths. As for writing style, I am a multiple paragraph writer. I will get bored instantaneously if I only get a sentence or two from my co-writer or a post that does not progress the plot. I love OOC chatting to plot out RP's. When it comes to pairings I'm open for anything, MxM, FxF, MxF or any other genders and sexualities. I also just enjoy a good old RP with no pairings what so ever.
I've babbled on for long enough, I can get quite intense and crazy regarding things I love and roleplaying is one of those things. But to be honest, aren't we all a little mad here? And honestly, the best way to explain it is to do it.
So I hope I will have the honour of going down the rabbit hole with some of you all. I might be a bit mad but I'll tell you a secret, all the best ones are. Please DM me if you'd like. I swear I won't bite. Have a splendid day friends!
