Proto (planet)
Proto is a planet set in a cyberpunk sci-fi setting where robots, aliens, and humans strive. Big businesses practically rule the world and most regions are gritty, chaotic, and with harsh anarchism that has no government and no order. Most regions have few hospitals and police forces that are privately owned and only help the rich, resulting in high crime and filthy conditions.
Concort (country)
Concort is the capital of Proto. The rich live above in tall skyscrapers with bridges that look down upon the slums of the poor. They are harshly segregated, the rich only coming down to the slums when they need to. To get into the high-class society above for a low-class citizen is nearly impossible.
Robots
Most robots, like humans and aliens, need energy to survive. Humans and most aliens need to eat, but robots don't. Robots that use a lot of mechanical energy (active activities like running, jumping, fighting etc.) must power down and take what is called energy cells to recharge. They only need to do this a few times a week usually, thought it depends on how much energy is being used if they are extremely active.
