Appearance
kerem stands at the height of 5'10, he stands with a straight back, often walking with his hands behind his back to remind himself. he has dark black hair that is described often by his younger siblings as fluffy. he usually styles his hair back with pomade, but when he's overwhelmed or relaxed, his hair falls from it's styling and a few curls will fall on his forehead. he has full lips with a defined jawline. his eyes are a beautiful blue, with dark circles underneath that hint at stress and sleeplessness. he has a lean but athletic body, as he participates in sportsmanship.

although kerem will never say so up front, he has one defining scar. on his right side, just above his hip, is a scar. it's a single jagged line from fencing practice with his eldest brother. he does not want to talk about it much.

Clothingβ β¦
kerem is a practical man, he doesn't enjoy being flashy. he usually wears dark or neutral colors, but if the occasion calls for it, he would not mind adding a splash of color to his ensemble. he wears gold jewelry, but never too many pieces. he wears leather gloves, it's a neccasry choice to wear them. his leyline depends on true skinship for it to activated, and he wants to avoid accidentally using his leyline on someone as much as he possibly can.

he wears a ring that is hung on a chain around his neck, a sentiment of his mother. he also wears gold earrings, often studs with single set gems. he wears a brooch that is pinned to his cravat, it is inscribed with turkish.

kerem presents himself as the perfect yilmaz son. in public, he is perfectly serious and responsible, as though he has nothing else to look forward to but the yilmaz name. he looks after his younger siblings and his lips press together when the name "altan" is uttered loud enough to hear. despite this outward demeanor, if you dig deep enough and know him well, you'll discover kerem has a world inside of him. a fun loving brother who was forced to take on the responsibility of the eldest yilmaz son when his brother all but receded.

kerem has always loved poetry, late at night you will find him reading a volume of poetry before bed, mouthing the verses to himself. he loves painting, any soiree or party he arrives to, he finds himself drawn to the paintings that cover estate walls. he wistfully looks at them, reminded of what he had to give up to be the sole son of the yilmaz family.

kerem has always disliked his leyline. not only did it come from his father, but he hates the idea of peering into people's minds. he tends to avoid using his leyline unnecessarily and wears gloves to keep himself from accidentally activating it. he really doesn't enjoy speaking about his brother, altan. he rarely speaks of his parents or his brotehr often, if asked, he will move to another topic.

kerem has always been gifted with conversation. as the second son, he had to prepare to be the second heir in case of any emergency of his brother. he is very well read and keep up conversation with those far above his senior in age. he is emotionally intelligent, always willing to give others space if needed. he can read emotions disturbingly well, even without his mind reading leyline activated.

kerem is worried that he will not be enough to protect his family, he worries if his sisters will find good and loving matches under his watch. he worries about the family finances from his father's debts and his brother's wreckless spending.
