Hello Sanctum,
As we near ten years, I have been doing a lot of thinking. As I usually do when I should be writing.
I have realized that for too long, the tyranny of meritocracy has reigned in the Inner Sanctum. Our Artists are too talented, our heralds too fair, our mods too competent, our admins too handsome.
That regime has come to an end. We have passed rule of the site to the truly deserving. Specifically: The random assortment of people who have given us money. As we all know, handing over a beloved website to the authority of whoever happened to throw some money into it has never once gone poorly.
In order not to colour your perceptions in any way, we, the former staff of the Sanctum, shall abandon colour altogether. Yes, Jum did agree to this, after we put sprinkles on her espresso.
