I didn't know that I missed forum roleplaying until I stumbled across this site. I've been on F-list for several years, but the format - ahem - leaves a bit to be desired!
I'm Kisu, Kisupure in full and KP in short, and I've been roleplaying for 20+ years. (Can't stop won't stop.) I enjoy playing rough, roguish men in rough, roguish settings, sometimes on Earth, sometimes in space, and always in the future. My specialty, as it were, is playing dominants of different temperaments who are able to indulge in fantasies of size difference and power exchange in uncertain situations. I'm wasted on short-form stories; ongoing plots and slow burns are where I shine.
I love action, adventure, fight and battle scenes, dangerous situations, soldiering and skullduggery. I also love exploring characters, their inner lives and backstories, how they got to where they are and what is keeping our characters stuck together. Literary conventions, set-up, and twists are very rewarding when it can be pulled off. There's nothing like a good story and chemistry "on screen". Just... chefkiss. But I know it takes a while to get there.
Anyways, I look forward to lurking around and getting the feel for this place. I hope I fit in!
