Name: Lilias (pronounced lih-lee-us) Hyland

Appearance: Lilias stands at around 5'3" and has a petite build. She has bright, frizzy, wavy blonde hair and dark gray eyes. Despite her age, she keeps a young appearance but wears vintage clothing. She finds modern-day clothes to be too revealing and is a more traditional woman in terms of her dress. Wears very little makeup and typically has her hair down, letting it free-flow most days. There are some days where she'll style it but it's rare.
Personality: Clumsy and awkward, Lilias is still adjusting to the modern world and is a little bit socially awkward. An old-fashioned woman, she has certain beliefs that she holds close to her heart. She can be a bit quick to judge at first. Easily frustrated with modern technology and rarely enjoys working with it. She's extremely passionate about her books and really enjoys collecting them, even if she doesn't read them. Her hobbies include flower pressing, painting, and needle felting. She had two younger brothers and at the time of everything going downhill, she was pregnant herself with her first child. While out one day, she went about her day completely unaware of what was happening at home. There was a commotion of people yelling about a fire and when she returned to her home, it was completely engulfed in flames. She had lost her husband, brothers, and parents in a complete accident.
Months passed and she suffered a miscarriage early in her pregnancy due to stress. She became poor and was wandering the streets before she was approached by a middle-aged gentleman. He promised her riches beyond her belief, a happier life, and anything she could wish for. Out of desperation, she agreed and followed him. Lilias doesn't remember the exact details but one thing she does remember is waking up, feeling far different than she did before. Her body didn't hurt from hunger, she didn't feel weak or weary, and she felt completely renewed. From then on, she spent the next two hundred years training under her ruthless master before disappearing from under his nose.

His typical outfit includes a button-down shirt and dress pants when he's working. He really likes to wear ties with different characters on them for the kids he works with. When he's home and not at work, Kazuyuki wears slacks and short-sleeved shirts.
Tattoos: A tiny dragon blue dragon tattoo on his inner right wrist and next to it are the kanji for the words "bravery" and "honor". He was branded on his left wrist but since had it covered up with a tattoo of a red, orange, and white koi fish.

Around 10, he was suddenly ripped away from his friend and forced back to Japan. His life quickly went downhill from there.
During his later teenage years, Kazuyuki started getting into a lot of trouble simply because he was being rebellious towards his parents for leaving his dearest friend behind. He practiced his swordsmanship while doing the dirty work for an infamous gang, using his hobby to his advantage. To show his loyalty to his fellow members, he was branded. He was getting into all kinds of different situations that could've killed him had he not been careful. With this, he was also getting heavily into drinking and smoking.
Kazuyuki was pushed into acting straight again. His parents had allowed him to experience what it was like to be locked up, which he found to be boring, and after several months, and threats by the government, he was let loose. The young man raised his grades, excelled, and straightened himself up after being berated and punished by his parents.
