Hello! This is my new and improved request thread/intro about myself.

Me as a writing partner:
- I love written RP. It is one of my main creative outlets as I really enjoy the collaboration, the story telling and character development.
- I am in the EST time zone but work from home so replies can come any time during the day when I take a break from work or in the evenings.
- I am pretty active and do give daily replies (or more than that if my partners also gives daily replies.)
- My replies do vary in length depending on the scene, my partners, how much detail we want, etc. I will say that I am no wordsmith and I do like to have back and forth, so average post is between 300-600 words. I also like to be introspective in my posts so tend to write my char's feelings, thoughts and emotions out.
- I love twists and surprises. Whereas I like to plot out main ideas with my partners, throwing something random into the scene that makes story wise sense make RP so much better.
- In terms of plotting, I like to keep things open ended. We may come up with an overall idea but allowing it to organically unfold is something I really enjoy. I also am not afraid to scrap a plot if the story starts going into a different direction.
- I love worldbuilding and enjoy creating original stories and characters. I will write fandom if we want to the RP in a set world but I won't write canon characters. I really like the ability to create as we go and mold the world as we need to get a good story while not being locked into set canon.
- In terms of parings and topics, I am open to most. I do tend to main female characters but I would like to try my hand at writing a main male character. I do have a few hard nos on topics (see later) but for the most part, the more dramatic the struggle that the characters face the best the story and ending will be. I also am open to doubling and creating as many NPCs as we need to move the story forward.
- In terms of smut, I do love a good smut scene however I do prefer that it happen organically and not forced. I'm here for the story and character development. In terms of types of smut, I am comfortable writing in whatever detail my partner is most comfortable with.
What I look for in a partner:
- Since I enjoy the collaboration, I want a partner who is just as excited to write the story as I am. Someone who wants to plot and come up with dynamic characters. Someone who is flexible to craft the story and seeing where it leads.
- I do like having OOC discussion as well. Sharing our other hobbies, what video games we are playing etc. Obviously no personal details but just other things about ourselves.
- I do prefer a partner who can get a couple replies in a week. I find that to keep the inspiration going, it is helpful to be able to write back and forth a few times a week. Obviously, life happens and muses take a vacation so I would just like someone who would communicate that up front when that happens.
- I don't want anyone to feel trapped into having to get a response out. So if the inspiration isn't inspiring, let me know! We can either take a break or go a different direction in the stories.
Hard nos:
- Incest
- Super graphic gore
- Sexual Assault (I'm okay with it being part of a character's backstory or implied but won't actively write it out.)
- Anything involving bodily fluids
- I have been thinking about steampunk like world where MC is a mechanic who specializes in fixing cars, ships, metal limbs etc. He also have the ability to remember everything he reads. He is a lover, not a fighter. Who will your character be? A friend, a client, a lover? What kind of dangers will they face?
- A small town bartender who always knows when someone is lying to her. She tends to ignore it but perhaps one day, a lie is told that she can't ignore.
