Author's Note: I had written this a few months ago and even have it posted on site. I would have written a new poem for this writing thingie, but I am really proud of this one, so I'm going to post it instead. Granted, it could be romance, it could just be a moment of passion, but either way, here it is...

A soft brush of his lips across her neck stirs her
Already burning desire,
The soft caress that says more than any
Word ever could.
Hot breath whispers in her ear,
"I want you…"
Laying her head back, against his shoulder
She submits willingly.
His hand grips her hip and pulls her
Back into him,
Feeling his desire for her nearly drowns her
In her own for him.
Sweet sighs escape moistened lips as she gives
In to the passion
Soft lips burn a trail down her neck as his hand
Dances across her skin.
Captured in the thralls of ecstasy and
Craving release
As his hands and mouth explore her flesh
Igniting fires as they venture.
Sweet sighs and soft moans mixed with heavy breathing
Is the only musical sound
They surrender to the burning sensations fueled by lust,
And driven by Desire...
