Heyyo! My name is Girheim, or Gir (pronounced like gear) for short. I'm not sure where to start so I'll just pick a few random facts about me and go from there.

I'm currently 27, but I'm turning 28 in a month. I use any pronouns, but typically go by they/them. I love music and spend a lot of my free time thinking of new melodies and studying music theory, so I might write theme songs for any characters I connect with. I've been writing off and on for the past 12 years, with much more "off" than "on", unfortunately. I haven't actively role-played in almost 8 years at this point, which is why I want to get back into it.

My favorite genre is fantasy, if my username didn't give that away. I'm typically a very upbeat person and this will usually be reflected in my responses. I love to bounce ideas off of people, so if we end up writing a story together, feel free to bounce any plot idea off of me and we can work it into a masterpiece.

Second! I bet you're wondering how to start Role Playing and where to go! I think it's pretty fun to explore the forums, and I highly recommend doing so! Most thread homes, if not all, have a pinned post at the top of them to tell you what goes there! However, the Request Threads are pretty self explanatory; Here's a Link! There's plenty to look through, but you could also build your very own! Tell people what you're all about and get those writing partners! Take your time though; there's never any pressure!
