Hello, my character's name is Mollie. I'm new here to this site and I hope I can use this site for a fresh start in my life. I've been roleplaying since 2013. I've roleplayed soap operas, classic sitcoms, classic TV shows, etc. My current verse is Slice of Life.

I'm always in character. I don't like to do any out of character talk for privacy and safety reasons. I have to admit, I've never done any forum roleplay in my life. I'll need to learn how to do that.

My character Mollie is a sweet and kind woman in her mid-forties who has been through so much hell in her life to get to where she is today. She recently found out that she is autistic and she is learning how to cope with that. She has been residing in a residential treatment/assisted living facility for a couple of months now. She shares a room with her best friend Mira, who means the whole world to her. Mollie enjoys reading books, watching TV, listening to music, and spending time with her best friend Mira. The face claim I'm using for my character is Catherine Keener.

I'm not a multi-para or novella writer as I am not very good at detailed writing due to my learning disability. I'll only banter by writing at least a few sentences. I will not write with people who don't treat me with kindness and respect. If I'm not comfortable writing something, please respect that.

Welcome to the site! Staff here is great at making this place a safe space for us all so you're more than welcome to reach out to any of them if you ever feel someone isn't respecting your privacy, but I've had great experiences here and this is by far my favorite writing site.

Have lots of fun hanging around and writing and if you ever feel like socializing the chat is present as well :)

Thank you, I appreciate that. I needed to come to a site where I actually feel safe unlike these MySpace 1.0 roleplay sites where the site administrators do absolutely nothing.

Second! I bet you're wondering how to start Role Playing and where to go! I think it's pretty fun to explore the forums, and I highly recommend doing so! Most thread homes, if not all, have a pinned post at the top of them to tell you what goes there! However, the Request Threads are pretty self explanatory; Here's a Link! There's plenty to look through, but you could also build your very own! Tell people what you're all about and get those writing partners! Take your time though; there's never any pressure! If you were looking for an open story you can just jump in straight away, you can find them in Unfinished Tales!​
Next, I just want to share some of the other wonderful places in Sanctum! There's plenty to do while waiting on replies or to give yourself a break every now and then! The first shout out goes to The Sanctum Tavern! Here you can find many a thing! By the Hearth can be found there and has many wonderful discussions; my personal favorite is where everyone talks up their writing partners! Want to see some cute pets or share your own? Pets of the Sanctum is where to go! Feeling up for a challenge? Check out the Monthly Writing Challenge and give it a whirl! And, there's so so so~ much more! Please take the time to explore!​
