hi loves! i go by ginevra but ya'll can refer to me as gin. i've been apart of the rp community since i was fifteen years old starting out on ff.net before migrating to quotev.com. i ended up with hellish depression two years ago which stifled all passion from me and gave up on rp and writing entirely during that time. recently, i've found the creative flame alit again and am happy to find a new rp source!
i stick to non-fandom rps as diving into original stories and characters are more my fancy. i'm a character driven writer. typically, i'll lay out a basic skeleton pairing and flesh out nearly all aspects of my characters from there. i love to explore internal conflicts, dynamics, intimacy, etc. i adore the horror genre, which makes up ninety-nine percent of all books and films i consume. slasher, psychological, supernatural, etc. but i also do enjoy a good mundane slice of life rp as well! i don't care much for sci-fi and high fantasy is something i just can't bring myself to enjoy.
i write in third person past-tense. my writing style was sort of experimental before i went on hiatus and obviously rusty now. i apologize in advance if at times my writing comes off jarring!
but i think that's it for now? looking forward to meeting everyone and having new friendships unfold!

Second! I bet you're wondering how to start Role Playing and where to go! I think it's pretty fun to explore the forums, and I highly recommend doing so! Most thread homes, if not all, have a pinned post at the top of them to tell you what goes there! However, the Request Threads are pretty self explanatory; Here's a Link! There's plenty to look through, but you could also build your very own! Tell people what you're all about and get those writing partners! Take your time though; there's never any pressure!
