Ship: Komodo-class Auxiliary/Supply Runner "Dirtside"
Captain of the "Dirtside", Akerj Moon, runs a tight enough ship to keep a crew without driving everyone mad with demands. Takes are split equally among the crew, no matter contribution, and any profit leftover is utilized per the consensus of the entire ship.
Job type varies, but tends to stick on the legal side. Most illicit work takes the form of private "offensive-defense" operations (as Aker has taken to calling them). Essentially, hired guns, if the cause is amenable to the crew.
Consensus is the name of the game outside of emergent situations, wherein by authority defaults to a chain of command: Captain Aker > First Mate Penny > Pilot Cybil > Engineer Derc > Crew Chief Shi > Quartermaster Pater > Whoever's Left
