here is my original ---> thread <--- for discussing my interests and preferences in writing stories and looking for partners. please read that first before messaging me about any characters here!
if you don't see a character you like, i am always happy to make new ones. these are staple characters for me though, are are easy to put into different stories.
this is where i keep all of my character's listed on their own. please keep in mind that ALL of these OC entries are just samples! none of them are fully completed, and this is mostly due to the attachment limit for this site. i can only have one picture for each character listed (total of 12 only, oof.) if you are interested in participating in a story using one of my character's, i will send a fuller, more-complete, informed, and picture-filled version of the character sheet.

half of these characters have anime or realistic drawings for face claims, half have live action human face claims. i am flexible and can work with anything if you have a preference for one over the other.
keep in mind that i am extremely flexible, and most if not all of these characters can easily be re-contextualized to fit most stories. for example, if you particularly like a slice of life character but want to play a story with angels x demons, then i could easily just make some changes and suddenly that character is a supernatural creature. once again, hope that makes sense.
as well, these are not my only characters that i have, this is just as many as i could fit right now.
also this thread is subject to major change at pretty much any time.

Zach is somewhat lean, with light skin and straight browns above dark, brown irises. His hair is outgrown, messy and un-styled. A slight stubble is usually apparent on his face, and he is most often seen in comfortable, casual clothing, preferring to wear dark colors most often. He has one tattoo, hidden somewhere typically unseen.
Personality:
Zach has never been known as an 'extrovert', exactly. In high school he struggled to keep up with his friends, who were typically partying and staying out late to socialize. Zach prefers the quieter aspects of life - he's a reader, a watcher, a sleeper; to a point where it nearly turned him into a hermit in his early 20's. He doesn't want to be a loner, though; Zach has a strong desire to reach out and find deep, meaningful connections with others. He's never had a long-lasting, serious relationship before, but that doesn't mean he isn't trying. Zach doesn't exactly have low self esteem, but he certainly isn't that confident, either. He has a tendency to look down on himself, assuming that he's already lost before even trying. He is making an honest effort to change though; he doesn't just desire a companion, but something a hell of a lot more important to wake up for every day.

Ansel is tall, lean, and light skinned, often with a sun-kissed blush across the cheekbones. He has bushy, dirty blonde eyebrows to match unkempt, short dirty blonde hair. His eyes are light blue, not terribly pigmented in color but always glass-like in the light. He has a few small tattoos scattered around his body, accompanied by many scars from years of fucking about and not exactly taking precaution. His go-to outfit is a sweatshirt and jeans - simple, but ready for pretty much any occasion. He also has an affinity for simple jewelry, including a beaded necklace he is always wearing.
Personality:
Ansel is a free spirit before all else; unbound by rules or the expectations of others, Ansel lives his life to the absolute fullest, according to wherever his present desires take him. Often dubbed as 'impulsive', Ansel is simply focused on doing whatever he wants to keep himself entertained for as long as he can. This usually just results in lots of partying and ending up in strange places, but Ansel says that bad choices make for good stories. He is notoriously a flirt, not on purpose, in fact typically on accident. He's a bit of a heart breaker - but he does really care about the people he loves, and would never seek to hurt on purpose. Don't threaten Ansel with a good time; he will always take you up on it.

Pierce is on the shorter side, with a lean body and warm, olive skin. Though he doesn't have any tattoos, his ears and tongue are pierced, and he has several moles splattered across the expanse of his body. He has soft, up-turned brown eyebrows, which linger calmly beneath a head of fluffy, near-black hair, typically worn loose around the face. Pierce has foxlike brown eyes, full lips, and carved bone structure.
Personality:
Quiet when you first meet but often loud and fun-loving once you get to know him, Pierce is best described as 'shy.' He often second-guesses what he says and the decisions he makes, wondering if he could be doing something better at any given moment. He is easy to entertain, and quick to trust. One of Pierce's biggest downfalls is that he tends to get very attached to hobbies and people, but only for a short while - before he gets bored and has to move on again. He is known to chase after older men, seeking their validation and company in an attempt to raise his self esteem. There's a mischievous part of Pierce that enjoys being the dominant one, the man in control, even at his younger age.

He is typically seen wearing eyeliner, and heavy gothic clothing.
Personality:
Ash has a fox-like personality, he is curious and quick, impulsive and honest. He is sharp with his words, but adventurous and willing to try most things. He can at times be an adrenaline junkie, always braver than the rest and with plenty of confidence to accomplish almost anything he sets his mind to. Ash likes to party, and sometimes the desire to have a good time can cloud his judgement. He is no fool though, often very capable of understanding how people are feeling just by being near them. He's not much of a crier, but typically has some kind of advice to often when it is asked of him. Ash also seems to have some trust issues; he has a wide web of friends that he has carefully built over the years, but doesn't hold most of them closer than arm's length.

He prefers to dress very modestly, with clean-pressed and fitted dark clothes that conceal the skin and smooth the shape of his body.
Personality:
Lucas is comparable to a Type-A personality. He is the opposite of an emotional person, hyper intellectual and brutally honest about everything around him. He cares deeply about his personal education, cleanliness, and all around well-being concerning his place on the political and business food chain of the world around him. Lucas would rather go to bed at night knowing that he will be successful, than suffer just to be around other humans. He is dangerously independent, to the point where it makes it difficult for other people to even desire being around Lucas, considering how unwanted he often accidentally makes them feel. He doesn't mean to be dismissive of the emotions of others on purpose, he doesn't enjoy being mean - it's just the way his brain is wired. He is stubborn, and has been clinically diagnosed with OCD. He often washes his hands, compulsively wipes down table-top surfaces, and struggles not to pick at chipped materials. When he is nervous, Lucas has a habit of wringing his hands, or chewing on the dead skin of his dry lips. He has a deep appreciation for the finer arts of life, such as the theater, museums, art galleries and classical music; and doesn't spare explanation for those who just don't get it.

He doesn't take life seriously, an extreme pacifist who would rather let go and move on that deal with pressing issues. He is free-spirited to the maximum definition, going wherever the wind takes him and taking in all of life that he can. He is extremely social, capable of striking up a conversation with anyone and willing to talk about anything. He believes in no taboo, and desires spirituality in all of his relationships. Winter can sometimes come off as a 'sport bro', but he truthfully just enjoys being active and having a great time. He is positive and naturally optimistic, but also honest and loyal.

Alexei is not the most muscular man, but years of a blood-only diet and all natural death-given strength lends a toned body, with a cut abdomen and solid biceps. When Alexei remembers, some time's he paints his finger nails black. In the modern day, he can usually be seen wearing heavy layers, and always in black.
Personality:
Alexei has never been known as a 'friendly person' exactly. He suffers no fool, and will not waste his breathe speaking to anyone who he doesn't respect, or at the very least, need something out of. He is blunt and short, honest without fault and without filter, either. He cares deeply for the world, and has a surprising affinity for world history and learning languages - but this care is not extended to the people living around him. Alexei is gifted with the incredible ability to play most any instrument, with only a few exceptions. He spends all of his time making some type of art, and never leaves his house if he doesn't absolutely have to. What is even more rare, is catching Alexei out of the house and socializing before the sun has gone down - but that's just the life of any rock star, isn't it?

Behind closed doors, the many servants of the antique Armedeaux Estate have different reports to make, though of course, no bad press ever reaches the ears of the public when you have all the wealth in the city to cover your tracks. According to business partners, Vincent is remarkably capable for his age, and is doted upon for his fine communication skills and understanding of the economy. As the reigning patriarch of a wine empire, Vincent is smart as a whip and understands well not only how to read people, but how to manipulate them. He is rumored to be a playboy, a monster, a genius, and a complete lunatic. Who really knows, though? No one can get close enough to say for certain.

Ramiel is known to be exceptionally cold, and generally hostile to others. Of course, as the Prince he understands having the utmost propriety in all conversation - but if the Prince doesn't like you, you will know it. It is said to feel like staring a thunderstorm in the face, the weight of the Prince's gaze is enough to fell even the most fearsome beast. He is honest as the night, always, and just as quiet, reportedly only speaking when it is truly most valuable. Early reports of his youth state that he is quite the competitive person, and he is rumored to enjoy playing tabletop games. It is also said that the Prince has a high tolerance for alcohol, and is a particular enjoyer of fine sake.

His body is lithe and unmarked like that of doll, his touch like the ethereal kiss of a angel.

Xerce is historically described as being gentle, like a cold breeze on a hot summer day; fair, like a mother to her children; and sweet like an apple dipped in caramel. He is quiet, but highly attentive and respectful of the space others take up around him. He listens, and offers delicate hands to anyone wishing to hold them in prayer. Raised like a descent of the God's themselves, despite the third born son in his bloodline, Xerce wears a crown of gold that none shall see fall. He is worshipped and beloved by all who's eyes he graces.
Yet, what Xerce truly faces, is a deafening loneliness. With the weight of the world and all it's people on his shoulders, if Xerce don't act perfectly, all of the time, then great sorrow would ensue. He shall not marry, because another person would only see to taint his excellence. He shall not hold power of influential political organization, lest he take sides in discourse and ruin his reputation forever. No, Xerce is condemned to be a permanent fixture of hope and purity for his kingdom. He is the white dove of the King and Queen, the epitome of perfection, and no one shall disturb that - especially not the Prince himself. It seems he is condemned to be a porcelain puppet for the rest of his life.

His hair is brown, messy, and down the nape of his neck where it's longest, it has oddly started turning red. He has a square jaw of stubble, and a cold, natural glare. Gems hang from his brown, scruffy wolf ears which jut from his head, and on his right middle finger, a ring has seemingly permanently fused with his skin. Sharp claws are fixed to his calloused fingertips, and layers of golden jewelry dangle from his wrists and neck. His teeth are sharp, predatory - and an unruly wolf tail hides beneath the layers of cloaks he shrouds himself under. Wren wields a staff of twisted, mossy wood, carved with many runes which faintly glow.
Personality:
Wren lives in a cottage, deep in the forest, where the bushes meet bramble and the tree canopies conceal the sky. He lives where danger lurks, because that is where you find the most valuable materials, the most vile spells - the most research to be had. Wren is a bit of a lazy scholar; he grew up in the forest, it is second nature for him to be curious on the flora and fauna, animal-life and climate of the wild. He is not a druid by any means, Wren cannot communicate with animals if not for the help of a spell. Flowers do not grow where he walks, and he couldn't name every fungus growing out of every 5th log. Yet within Wren's humble, hand-build hut, the walls are lined with books that chronical centuries of research, observation, potion-brewing, and spell-casting. What Wren lacks in social interaction, he well makes up for in academia. For a wolf of the wild, he is a simple man, and gentle too.

Leer is short, lanky, and pale, with insomnia-caused eyebags and icy green eyes. He has short, messy black hair, arched brows, and soft features. His nails are usually painted a variety of colors, and he can always be seen wearing his favorite battle vest over layers of dark colored, patterned clothing.
Personality:
Leer's general demeanor could best be described as cold, but careless. He is vehemently nihilistic and thinks mostly everything is unimportant. With a general negative affect to everything he thinks, this is only because Leer knows, probably better than anyone else, that ghosts are real, without a shadow of a doubt. The paranormal experiences that Leer has grown up with have made him hollow and bitter; he doesn't take anything seriously - not because he wants to have fun, but because to him, nothing he does will matter anyway. He will die, and either become a ghost, or not. If only he could figure out how one becomes a ghost in the first place...
