Hello! Excuse the large font, I am old and blind (Not quite there, but my eyesight sucks!)

A brief introduction, my name is Insouciance, you can call me Inso, which is much nicer than my real name so I'm sticking to it. I have been roleplaying since the MSN chat days (My first character as an angel/fairy hybrid who...well, let's just say I've matured quite a bit since those days.) and have been on and off since. I am married with two adult children still living at home and a small zoo. I'm currently unemployed due to health issues. However, I will be staying with my daughter and grandkids for the next two months, making me a full time gigi!

I am an avid reader with an obsession for Stephen King and any kind of romantasy that catches my eye. I am a sucker for enemies to lovers, but I do enjoy lovey-dovey slice of life from time to time as well. I will list my favorite tropes, although most of my plots are centered around them in some form or another. I enjoy coming up with plot twists and ways to develop both the character, story, and world and I would like to write with someone willing to contribute as well.

I consider myself an advanced writer, although I am always looking to improve as most people are. My posts range from 500-1000+ words. I once did a 5000+ word post where my character suffocated a man with her boobs. When I get into to it, I get into it. This means there will be long posts. If that intimidates you, I'm probably the wrong girl for you.

I do not censor things. My roleplays will have violence, gore, and characters that curse like sailors. There is smut in all of my stories, at least a little bit. However, that is never the focus of any of my roleplays.

I play multiple characters, although my main character will always be a F in a MxF pairing. All secondary characters and pairings can be pretty much anything. I am willing to double. I've done it in the past, but it's been quite a while. I should also note that I try to avoid playing human characters. I will play them if the roleplay calls for it though.

Romance is a must! I don't care if it's a slow burn or fast paced (Just no insta-love. Insta-lust is perfectly acceptable though!) I tend to lose interest without some form of romance.

I prefer realistic FC or art and I always do character sheets for my characters. I don't require details, but I would at least like to know the basics for the characters.

Spoiler: The Thief of Light

A veil is meant to shield, to hide, and protect. Behind the veil, the light is dim, the darkness embraced and the shadows reign. They thrive, starving the light from the world and giving birth to new monsters. The world alters into a nightmarish version of itself where the light becomes the enemy and darkness is revered.

One the opposite side of that veil, the light rules supreme. Life is order, function, purpose. Like little worker drones, those who thrive in the light follow the orders of the Grand Master. No one has seen him for centuries, only hearing his demands from the nobles who insists they speak his commands. Lies can only hold a rebellion at bay for so long. The chaos that erupted when it was discovered that the Grand Master was not only dead, but that the magic he used to hold the veil at bay was fading was only overshadowed by the invasion of the shadows shortly afterwards.

Defenseless, thousands succumbed to the shadows, becoming the very monsters they feared their entire lives. Those that managed to escape ran to the ends of the world without a look back. Only a handful of survivors remained near the edges of the world where light and dark remained equal, and the world remained untouched by the veils destruction.

The land never truly heals. The divide remains guarded by those who first settled on its borders, each one swearing an oath to keep the darkness at bay. They spend their days training, fighting, and waiting. Their numbers grow, each new generation bringing new strengths. They become superhuman, both in strength, senses, and lifespan, living hundreds of years beyond their human ancestors. They believe their purpose is to not only protect the world from the encroaching darkness, but to protect the one born that will eventually bring an end to the shadows once and for all.

Meldia is not that person. She will be the first one to admit that she relies on pure luck to steal her way through life. She cannot bend shadows to her will as some believe, but she's spent more than enough of her life hiding in them to know how they work. It helps to lay on the charm from time to time too, but she certainly isn't going to rely on that to get her through. So when a priest from some foreign order she's never heard of claims he's come looking for a shadow who walks in the day, it's easy for her to con him into believing she's the one he's looking for.

Doubting her claim, he challenges her to enter a tomb to steal a ring, believing that not only would he rid the world of a thief, but he would weed out an imposter, the priest begins to depart to the next stop on his journey, only to find Meldia not only waiting for him, but wearing the ring he sent her to fetch. Neither realize that they have both trapped themselves into a situation. He cannot send her away on the small chance that she truly is the one he seeks, and she needs to keep up the pretense long enough to escape her past.

They begin their journey together, knowing the other is lying, but still trying to find some truth behind it. They were brought together for a reason, weren't they? At least that's what he believes.

Meldia's reasons are her own, of course. She's on the run. Why wouldn't she be? Like every good thief, she's robbed more than just a few coins here and there. She's stolen a few husbands, bruised a few hearts, and completely destroyed one life. But who's counting? Obviously the prince she left on his knees, nearly penniless, and in ruin. It's only a matter of time before he and her lies catch up to her. Her only chance is to slip away from the priest and disappear long before that time comes. With his protection, she can get further, but she's still counting her days until she knows she's going to disappoint him.

She has her plan set in motion, however, she does not have the foresight to predict that the priest eventually wins her over. Events force them to work together, bringing them closer. What happens when the time comes for her to either own up to the truth or leave the priest in the dirt without another look back?

Spoiler: Of Trials and Vengeance

A man wishes for the power of a demi-god and offers up his child as a sacrifice to the Gods. The king of Gods descends from the skies to meet with the man and accept his sacrifice. However, before the man can kill his daughter, the god kills him. Smitten by the little girl, the king wants to care for her, but knows that she cannot live with the Gods as a mortal. Instead, he finds a family that is willing to take her in and care for her like their own child. As she grows, the God King constantly sends gifts to the girl and eventually enlists the aid of his demi-god son.

The girl grows into a woman and soon she is old enough to marry, however, she has no desire at all to get married. She's decided that she wishes to be a priestess to spend her life praising the god who gave her such a good life. Her adoptive parents reluctantly agree, fearing the god's wrath should they displease their daughter. She sets off on her pilgrimage to become a priestess on her own; or so she believes. Following behind her, the demi-god is still watching over her and protecting her from threats as she sleeps. A wolf here, a beast there is nothing, but when a monster attacks the woman he is forced to come out of hiding to save her.

Under the guise of merely passing by, he offers to escort her through her journey, claiming that they are heading in the same direction. She allows him to tag along, believing that he's on his own mission and will eventually grow bored of her company and head off on his own.

Days pass into their journey and yet another monster goes after the woman and he is forced to protect her again. More and more things begin to happen with the woman constantly being at the center of it. The demi-god eventually learns that the God's mate has learned of the woman and what she means to him, and has decided to kill her to anger her mate. He is given the task of protecting the woman until she becomes a priestess and can no longer be targeted by the Gods.

However, the longer they spend time together, the harder it becomes for the both of them to think about ending their journey. He begins to fall in love and she wishes to learn how to protect herself. When the demi-god fails to get her to the temple in time for the woman to give her oath on the God's holiday, the two are transported to an island along with dozens of other demi-gods and the mortals they have become attached to.

The tournament is intended to eliminate the mortals. The competitors are all given one month to train before the games begin. The last human standing will be gifted the powers of a demi-god and allowed to mate with their selected partner with the blessing of the gods. Not only will the two need to survive the tournament, they also need to survive the goddess' attempts at killing her.

Spoiler: Betrayal and Gold

History: In a kingdom where only Royalty can possess magical powers, Elemira (Mira) lived in fear of the day she would be discovered. Abandoned at birth and growing up in the streets of the human kingdom of Lizerana, she watched first hand as anyone that showed even a hint of power was carted off never to be seen or heard from again. The few who managed to escape detection ran from the kingdom. Rumors claimed they were stolen by the fae and forced into slavery. Other tales told of monsters from beyond that fed off magic who devoured the beings whole. No matter their fate, Mira learned that if she ever felt a hint of magic coursing through her veins, she would rather take her chances with the monsters.

]Her worst fears came true when she accidently caused the ground beneath her to form a wall protecting her from an older boy who tried to assault her. Knowing the consequences, Elemira did exactly as she swore she would do. Without a second thought she ran into the desert, believing she was as good as dead regardless of what she did. To her shock, she survived a week in the desert and stumbled into an unfamiliar kingdom, one which she had never heard of. It was there that she found her rescuer, or so she believed.

In the kingdom Terav life is a struggle. To survive, everyone must find their niche. For Galavin Torka, he found his talents in being a conman. The second his eyes fell on Mira, he saw nothing but a way to line his pocket. The teenager was pretty enough and after offering her some of his food and protecting her from others who would attempt to use her, Mira was as loyal as a puppy dog. It didn't take long for the two to swindle their way to wealth. Galavin had no qualms about using Mira's innocence and naivety against her. Soon enough, he had the young woman believing that he was in love with her and he was simply waiting until she was old enough to marry her.
And for years they were content. They moved into a large house, with Galavin keeping full control over Mira until he began to question if he should replace her with someone new. However, that was when Elemira proved herself invaluable to him.

In the dead of the night a group of thieves broke into their home, cornering Galavin in a corner with daggers and swords to his throat. Fearing that the man that she loved was in danger, Mira encased the robbers in sand, suffocating them all. Galavin witnessed the event, but rather than reporting Mira to the king for a ransom, the man came up with a far more beneficial use for the young woman.

Gathering up all of their wealth, Galavin moved them away from Terav and off to the kingdom of Farasive. Once they settled into their new kingdom, Galavin told Mira of his plan. Using her abilities, he would pass himself off as a diplomat of a foreign land to seduce the widowed queen. The plan worked perfectly. Galavin married the queen, moving Mira in as his 'concubine'. They could be 'together' and she could continue to use her powers to prove he was worthy of being king. For a year the guise worked perfectly. Mira began to train with her powers, learning all of the ways that she could manipulate the earth around her. She soon discovered that the earth was not all that she could control. She could create gems. She could draw gold from mines without a single tool. Not only did Mira keep him on the throne, but he soon became the richest king out of all the human royals.

For a single year Galavin and Mira had everything they could possibly want. The new king would visit his concubine each night, promising her that soon she would sit on the throne beside him, once his wife was out of the picture. Mira created more and more wealth for the man she loved, buying into his every promise. All she had to do was hold on a little longer.

The peace would not last, however, and Mira began to see through Galavin's lies. Tensions were rising between the humans and the Fae. As the human population grew, they demanded more and more land until soon they were encroaching on Fae territory. The four human kingdoms began to gather together with the understanding that soon enough the Fae would come beating down the walls and demanding their land back. They were correct in their assumption. The Fae sent their diplomats to meet with the human royals to resolve the issue. With Galavin distracted with the strife going on in the world outside, Mira began to feel neglected. The man she loved, the man who she believed saved her from a life on the streets, swore to her that he cared little for his queen. He swore that he was only staying with her because of the threat the Fae posed. In her heart she wanted to believe it was the truth. However, when the announcement came that the queen was with Galavin's child, the woman learned the hard truth. She'd been used. And what was worst, she had managed to get herself trapped by the very man who used her.

Knowing the power she had over Galavin and what would happen once his lack of magic was discovered, Mira decides to flee to the Fae kingdom, hoping that they would grant her refuge. On the night she chooses to run, she is kidnapped by a masked stranger. From that moment on, her fate is unknown and her safety is in the hands of the man who stole her away in the middle of the night.

Spoiler: Rise from Ascension

The Empire of Socrania, a technological paradise in the center of the Socrania continent. Ruled by the Ascended, humans and fae alike watch from large screens inside their ruined cities as the residents of Lamosis, Socrania's capital city, live and thrive while they live in squalor, all while being told that the Ascended are their saviors from the evils that once threatened them.

Before the Ascended, Socrania was home to dozens of kingdoms, each with their own individual problems. Some struggled with famine and drought. Other kingdoms were soon overrun with creatures of the night that began to pluck off the helpless residents one by one until entire villages were wiped out by the bloodthirsty. The Ascended came to them from lands to the west, promising better lives and safety if the citizens of Socrania handed over control to them. There were a few kings who fought until the very end, but it was all for naught. The Ascended took over, allowing the kings to maintain some form of control over their kingdoms, but in the end, everything fell in the hands of these magical superhumans who became their saviors and eventually their overlords.

Eventually the wealthy and powerful gravitated to Lamosis, becoming Ascended themselves. No one was certain of the transformation process. All that was known was that after the transformation, while the newly Ascended looked the same, their personalities took drastic changes. They became cold and distant to everyone, including their own families. Like those who transformed them, they often refused to associate with the humans or fae, and instead kept to themselves.

Socrania changed over this time. The outlands, as everyone outside the capital referred to them, became practical wastelands. Cities became outposts and the threats that the Ascended promised to keep at bay eventually began to return. Human and fae alike flocked to the outposts looking for safety and a way to support their families. Eventually, the Ascended began to send one of their own to rule over the outposts and maintain order. Sometimes they take care of the vampires and other night creatures, but for the most part they simply ensured that Lamosis got what it needed from the citizens.

As one could predict, it was only a matter of time before unrest began to stir among the citizens. Entire outposts would rise up against their Ascended lords, regaining control of their territory. Rather than fight to regain control, the Ascended simply left the outposts to suffer through whatever travesty may befall them. Some managed to survive and even thrive. Under the noses of the Ascended, these outposts would serve as home to a growing rebellion, one determined to drive out every single Ascended from Socrania.

Just as the rebellion was born, so was a symbol for said rebellion in the form of a tiny fae baby. The lone survivor of a night creature attack on a struggling outpost, the baby was taken immediately to Lamosis. The Ascended claimed her as one of their own, swearing that it was their blood in her veins that ensured her survival.

Tovana grew in the spotlight, unaware that she was being broadcast to the entire continent. The Socranians viewed her as the first natural born Ascended, a being that needed to not only be studied, but one that should be turned against her own kind. Believing that somehow she was more powerful because of the nature of her birth, those in the rebellion came up with a plan to not only save Tovana from Lamosis, but to turn her to their cause.

Enter YCs. Members of the rebellion infiltrate Lamosis, quickly working up the ranks until they are in a position to become Tovana's personal guards. The plan was to seduce her, hoping that winning her affections would easily sway her to their fight. However, what they don't know is that Tovana has her own reasons for wishing to be free from the Ascended.

Growing up in Lamosis, Tovana was treated like a sacred being, one who was not to be touched. In the eyes of the public, the fae was not allowed to speak. She was paraded around at the side of the Ascended nobility, her eyes downcast behind a veil of white lace. Only they were aware that Tovana was nothing more than a fae with the good fortune not to be killed along with her family. Not even they know the truth about the attack and that Tovana was chosen for reasons that no one would have ever guessed.

With her past a mystery and the Ascended refusing to give her any answers, Tovana decides it is time to take it upon herself to learn the truth behind the attack that took her family's lives. With no one else to trust, she enlists the help of her two guards who not only jump at the chance to get Tovana out of Lamosis, but to finally show her the horrific truth of life outside the capital.

Spoiler: Two Sides, One World

One side of the world is a vast desert, where water is sacred and the sun is an almost constant in the sky. The other side is full of darkness, with snow covering the lands. When the prince of the snow covered lands discovers a way to break the cycle and join the two sides together, he decides to take matters into his own hands by kidnapping the princess of the desert and forcing her to help him in his quest. Unfortunately for him, she's perfectly content with how things are.

Spoiler: The Magic Wielder

MC grew up isolated from the world beyond the little log cabin she lived in with her aging parents. Considered a miracle child to the now elderly couple, she was raised believing that she was a late life, happy accident to the man and woman who had given up all hopes of having a child of their own. They kept the truth of her arrival a secret, never revealing how they'd found her at their doorstep with a note asking them to care for her. They loved her from the moment they first laid eyes on her and raised her to believe she was their flesh and blood.

They lived happily away from the world, living off the land without a struggle. Everything they needed, the land provided, and what it didn't, they could easily barter and trade for. MC never went without anything, especially the love of her adoptive parents. When a stranger arrives at their door.

YC is a scout for the king (For the sake of this plot I'm leaving it generalized. YC will not be human but a magical race, I prefer something humanoid and not anthro/furry and not a demon) looking for a maiden to become the king's wife. When he lays eyes on MC, he feel his magic pushing out toward her and realizes that there is more to the woman than meets the eye. Rather than report his discovery to the king, he befriends the woman and her wary parents and eventually gains their trust.

The more he visits, the more he sees the treasure he has discovered in MC. She is a magic wielder, not in possession of her own magic, but capable of manipulating the magic of others. The stronger the wielder, the stronger the magic becomes and the more likely it is that the wielder can turn the magic against the one who holds it.

What they aren't aware of is that he is waiting for the perfect opportunity to take her away for his own purpose. There is an uprising in his homelands, and he plans to use the woman for his gain. However, he can't deny there is more to her special ability that draws his magic to her and it isn't long until he begins searching for a way to sway her into helping him without destroying the trust he's built.

Spoiler: Forced Bonds

Character: Windalyn (Windy) Toraz

A shared vision leads him to the daughter of his enemy, bound and battered with the mark of his kingdom etched into her skin. He realizes quickly what his enemy has done, yet there is nothing to be done about it except allow her to die and hope the bond perishes with her. Rather than leave her to bleed to death and take all of her father's secrets with her, he spares her life without revealing the incomplete mating mark her father created, all in hopes of learning the secret to defeating his enemy and shattering the bond before it can be complete.

Spoiler: Unlikely Allies

Humans were always belonged at the bottom of the hierarch due to their lack of strength. The other races looked down upon them, banishing to their own lands and avoiding them like the plague they were considered. Naturally, this did not sit well with man, who believed in their own potential. For a millennia they kept to themselves, some selling their souls to dark forces to gain enough power to put those who banished them in their place. Through their time of isolation, the humans became adapt in dark magic, using their new found powers to slowly evolve into an entirely new races, born with magic coursing their their veins. They used this magic to create technology to improve their lives. Through this technology they finally began to leave the lands they'd been banished to, using a helpful pretense to work their way into the kingdoms of those who had cast them away to begin with.

The first to fall prey to the humans were the dragons. By the time the king became aware of what was going on, the humans had turned his own clan against him, forcing him to flee with a handful of loyal dragons. They hid themselves away, trying to thwart the human's attempts to exterminate the dragons entirely. Sadly, the king and those who followed him remain the only survivors. Hoping to repopulate their numbers, the king sent those the others in search of new lands to settle, far from the danger the humans posed, while he remained behind in search of a way to annihilate the humans. However, as years turned into decades and decades into centuries, he began to give up hope. The humans moved through the kingdoms, taking down every race from the inside without ever truly shedding any blood themselves.

As the humans set their sights on the fae, one of the few races who did not need the human's technology to live comfortably, Yet, because the humans were now considered their equals, the fae welcomed them in, unaware of the predators they had become. The queen was the first to realize the mistake. Helpless to do anything about it without risking her position and her life, she turned to her most trusted allie; her personal guard. Son'ra. Understanding that the fae will not be able to handle the fight alone, the guard goes off in search of allies to aid them. During her journey, she learns of the dragon's fate, as well as the rumors of the survival of the dragon king. Now on a mission, Son'ra hunts down the dragon king in hopes of enlisting his help of ridding the world of the humans before they can destroy the fae.

Spoiler: Of FIre and Seas

Velarya and her 'brothers' awoke with no memory of how they arrived on the deck of a ship, surrounded by corpses and blood. For a time they were content to sail the seas, scavenging what they could. However, as time passed the six grew bored with their lives, longing for more than simply existing. It was Velarya's idea to ambush the next ship they came across. With their curious powers and a thirst for blood, they easily overpowered the confused crew, offering a place for those willing to follow Velarya's lead. Those who didn't were used as examples of what would happen to anyone who crossed the captain.

Her fleet grew from one ship, to a dozen, her brothers and a select few were given command of their own ship. Loyalty was rewarded. Betrayal was punished without a second thought. Her fleet became known as the ghosts of the seas. The fleet appearing out of thin air, stealing whatever they could get their hands on and recruiting those willing to join them.

There was one brave captain that dared seek Velarya and her crew. He offered his aide, despite knowing that the woman did not need it. To prove his commitment to helping Velarya, he gave away the secret location of a treasure, knowing that only the female captain and her brothers have the power to reach it. From that point on, the two began an affair. They would go their own separate ways, only joining together whenever one discovered a common enemy or found a treasure they were willing to share.


One day the man approached Velarya with an offer she couldn't refuse. He learned of a vault that held the gold and jewels of the wealthiest king in the world. Trusting him, she eagerly accepted, believing that the theft would be easy and set them both up for years. However, they were captured by the king's forces. When faced with a trial and the possibility of execution, he turned on Velarya, placing all the blame on her to save his own neck.

However, that wasn't his intention. Knowing that his crew would be coming for him, he intended to escape and free Velarya once he was free. With the help of his crew, he slipped free of his cell, but before he could go back for his lover, the woman was moments away from being executed only to be saved by her own crew.

Believing that she'd been betrayed, Velarya went into hiding, plotting her revenge on the man she thought stabbed her in the back. She made it her mission to hunt the man down, determined to punish him. When she finally finds him, she captures his ships and his crew, imprisoning them and taking control of his vessels. The captain himself was taken to Velarya's quarters, his fate left in the woman's hands.

Death was far too easy for him. She decided that she would make him suffer for betraying her.

Spoiler: The Shadow God's Curse

The kingdom of Letripon once served as a beacon of freedom, compassion, and safety in uncertain times. Surrounded by war on all sides, the king of Letripon refused to choose a side and become involved in the war; at least until Vireon took the throne. Decades of neutrality went out the window as the new king took advantage of the countries position. Vireon swooped in and took control of its neighbor to the west, a small kingdom pulled into the war because of long standing alliances. With its army stretched thin, Pelune didn't stand a chance against Vireon and his fully supplied military.

War raged on, Vireon continuing his invasions to take control of every kingdom he could, gaining more and more land, resources, and power. Still, it wasn't enough for Vireon.

Refusing to bow down to Vireon, the remaining countries called a truce and gathered their forces together on the borders of Letripon. Fighting on both fronts, the Letripon forces began to show a weakness. Those trapped outside the borders were unable to receive the resources that they needed, stealing all that they could from the war torn countries Vireon had taken over.

Furious that his kingdom was surrounded and isolated, Vireon gathered his advisors to come up with new battle plans and tactics. It was during one of these meetings that an idea was planted into the king's head, a sinister plot that would require a sacrifice.

Vireon could not know that Dervin, one of his advisor had his own sinister plans and that he was being strung along by forces far more powerful than him. A god, or so he claimed to be, had come to the advisor with an offer he could not refuse. Allow the god to possess the man's body and the man would be gifted with all the powers of his powers. However, what the god failed to share was that he only wanted one thing and once he got it, he would no longer have any use for Vireon or Dervin. What did the god want? The soul of Vireon's daughter, Rosabel.

At first glance, Rosabel's beauty is undeniable, with her long silver hair and gray eyes. She looked every bit the spitting image of her mother Liora when she'd first married Vireon. Unfortunately, they would share the same life of misery and abuse.

Liora and Vireon's marriage was anything but happy. From the moment Liora stepped into the castle of her future husband, Vireon made sure to keep the female under his thumb. Every night the queen was locked away in her chambers, only receiving her husband's attention to conceive a child. When a child was finally conceived, Vireon allowed Liora some freedom. Wanting his kingdom to see he would have an heir, the king paraded his wife around for all to see.

The queen barely survived Rosabel's birth, but she managed to live for another three years and conceive one more time, resulting in her and her son's death. Furious that he was left with a daughter rather than a son, Vireon wanted to get rid of the princess. However, the entire kingdom adored the child who looked exactly like her mother. Eventually, Vireon pawned the princess off on the servants and had nothing at all to do with her, until she turned thirteen and gained her powers.

The entire castle was startled when the usually calm and quiet princess suddenly became irritable and withdrawn. No one was prepared for what would happen at the stroke of midnight on the princess' 13th birthday.

The entire castle was woken up by the screams that ripped from Rosabel's throat only moments before her mouth opened to spew out thousands of shadowbugs. The bugs did nothing but flutter around and eventually disappear, but there was no question where they came from. The only question was, what exactly were they?

It was soon discovered that Rosabel had the power to control shadows and the shadow bugs were not only a way of protecting herself, but a release for her magic when it became too much for her body to handle. From that moment on, Rosabel's life changed for the worst as her father's focus became locked on her and would remain that way for the following 9 years. Vireon forced Rosabel to train from morning to night, learning everything about her magic, strengthening it, and gaining control of it. Her training was brutal, even more so when her father began to lock her powers once her training was over.

It became a punishment. Vireon would lock away Rosabel's powers, forcing her to go through combat training for weeks at a time while her powers began to build up. He would wait until the princess was in physical pain to finally unlock her powers. Tossed into the middle of the forest, trapped in a barrier, the king would send one of his servants to remove the necklace from around Rosabel's neck. The first time it happened, unable to control her magic, the shadow bugs picked the servant apart, leaving nothing more than bloodstained bones. Rosabel was left traumatized while the king gained something to taunt the princess about.

And that's how it was for years, at least until the tides began to turn for the king. His original plan was to use his daughter as a weapon. With her magic, he knew he could easily slice through the other kingdom's numbers. However, he did not want his daughter's powers to be discovered. Not when Dervin came to him with a deal. If Vireon sacrificed his daughter, the god would give him Rosabel's powers which would allow him to destroy the armies on his own. It wouldn't matter if they learned of his magic; they wouldn't be able to do anything about it.

Vireon eagerly agreed, already plotting his daughter's death the moment he sent his guards to find her. Conflicted about what they were about to become a part of, the guards decided to escape with the princess and flee to the borders in hopes one of the kingdoms would accept Rosabel as a refugee.

Three weeks have passed since then. Rosabel and the guards remain on the run. They steer clear of villages and towns, fearing that word would get back to Vireon. However, the guards realize the flaw in their previous plans when they realized that Letipron was seen as the enemy and they would have to find a way to sneak the princess past all armies to get her to safety.

Spoiler: Light Hidden in the Darkness

Born a princess, sold into slavery, MC lives the first twenty two years of her life unaware of the royal blood flowing through her veins or the power held within it. All her life all she has known were slavers, masters, and the sting of a whip against her skin. She knows nothing of kind words or gentle hands. From the moment she came kicking into the world, all shrill cries and flying fists, kindness and love were stolen from her. As the queen lay dying, bleeding out from childbirth and reaching out weakly for her newborn daughter, the infant was stolen away by slavers. The midwife nodded with a malicious grin, a grin that would be the last thing the queen saw before her light extinguished.

From that moment on, the princess learned only to obey, lessons were branded into her skin with the sharp leather of a whip. Her eyes gaze never lifted from the ground. Her hands were calloused, fingers crooked and bent from being broken time and time again. By the age of twenty two, she was little more than skin and bones.

She never would have believed that war would be her saving grace and that it would be her enemies to show her the first taste of decency. The army marched through the lands, capturing slaves to work their camps and killing off anyone who stood in their way. In the chaos, a savior swoops in, an enemy soldier sweeps the princess up and claims her as his own. (He can be a general, prince in disguise, anything like that.) He's not entirely certain why he claims her, only acting on instinct.

They awkwardly form a routine. She remains silent as she maintains his tent and serves him and he provides her with furs to sleep on and food every day, all while maintaining her fear of him. After a time, he discovers exactly why he was compelled to lay claim over the slave.

In the middle of serving a meal, the slave passes out. At first he believes it an illness, but as days pass and she begins to shift before his eyes, he realizes that there are far more secrets about the unknown female than he could have predicted. A power of her blood has awoken, transforming the slave into something that no one would have predicted. When she finally awakens, unable to control the magic burning through her veins, in a body that is not her own, they both realize that there are questions that must be answered. The priority being why was one of his enemies disguised as a human woman and sold into slavery and why doesn't she remember anything? Soon he must decide if he is willing to discover the mystery of her past, or if he should simply kill her and be done with it.

Spoiler: When Life and Death Collide

Note: This plot is similar to a past plot that I had, at least lore/world wise. The details of the plot and the setting are different.

The Lifegiver, the gods offering of hope and benevolence to the world.

The Death Bringer, a bad omen, a warning of darkness and reckoning.

The two were created by the Gods, only existing at the same time once in history; until 100 years ago.

Born in the dead of night, the Deathbringer came into the world with the roar of thunder and the howl of wind heralding his arrival.

The Lifegiver's birth followed, born into a morning filled with bright, sunny skies and a gentle breeze.

They were not meant to exist at the same time, that is what the scholars believed. What did it mean? No one knew, nor did they put much effort into discovering the truth.

The Deathbringer was brought to the capital, trained to be a weapon for the king.

The Lifegiver was sent to be raised among the temple, her life spent protected and hidden away until the day she is needed by the king.

She arrived in the capital in the dead of the night, escorted stealthily into the castle to save the life of the dying queen after the traumatic birth of her son. The king watched on in fascination, an obsession blossoming in the awe of the Lifegiver's powers. Enamored with the woman, the king demanded Iriel remain at the castle, giving her a role that would keep her within his reach.

It is during the feast to welcome the Lifegiver to the capital that she comes face to face with her counterpart, the king's general, the Deathbringer. The chemistry between them is immediate and overwhelming, the two are drawn to each other at first sight. However, during the feast the king makes an announcement that shocks everyone. The Lifegiver would remain at the capital, not as a priestess, but as his concubine.

For a time, Iriel is forced to endure the king's attention, a prisoner in a gilded cage, untouched yet adored all the same. The king saw her as his temptation, a challenge by the Gods to test him. He refused to soil her with his desires, but could not bear the thought of sending her away. It was forbidden to be close to her, a crime to dare think about touching her. Despite all of this, the Deathbringer couldn't seem to keep himself away, and while Iriel discouraged him, she could not deny that she yearned for him during their time apart.

Things become challenging when the king decides he wants to migrate south, further away from the borders where enemies are starting to line up in preparation for an attack. Peace talks with the neighboring kingdom are failing as his people continue to encroach on land that is not theirs. Rather than call his people back, the king retreats in cowardice, but does not get far at all before his entourage is attacked and Iriel is kidnapped, forcing the Deathbringer to choose between his duty as General, or his feelings for the Lifegiver.

(History)- Before the rise of man, the world was a far different place, populated by vicious monsters and evil beings that threatened to destroy mankind before it could even truly blossom. The gods watched, wishing to help but could not interfere directly. From their heavenly perch they witnessed the slaughter of innocents, the earth tinged red with the blood of hundreds and thousands of their precious children. Frustrated, the gods came together to formulate a plan that would aid the humans. They could not simply lend their powers to the humans, not directly; the human body could not withstand them for long. They could, however, grant the humans the ability to use their powers for a short time, becoming a god among men until the humans were no longer threatened.

With the plan decided, the gods imbued a necklace with their powers, granting the wearer all the powers of each and every god. The necklace was gifted to the king of men, a good and fair ruler who the gods trusted. The king took full advantage of his gift, riding the world of every foul creature to threaten man, and near the end of his lifetime he had nearly eliminated the threat to humanity. With his task complete and his life drawing to a close, the king decided that it was time to hide the necklace away, not wishing for it to fall into the hands of evil men. He tasked this final quest to a priestess, a woman believed to be the daughter of the goddess of love.

For years the priestess traveled the world, searching for the perfect place to hide the necklace, only returning to her kingdom once her task was complete. But the priestess was no fool, and knew that there would be many to search for the necklace. For days after her return she spoke with the gods, trying to find a way to protect mankind from those who would wish to do harm with the gift. In a dream, the answer came to her. The gods ordered the priestess to form a new brotherhood, a group of devote and loyal men who would pass along the tale of the necklace and its gifts, and vow to protect its chosen guardian. The guardian, she learned, would be born once every five hundred years when the planets aligned. The guardian would carry the knowledge of the priestess, along with the location of the necklace.

When she woke, the priestess hurried to find her new band of priests, scouring the world for those with strength, integrity, and intelligence. She gathered twelve men, each vowing to fulfill their destinies and pass on their knowledge to the next generation. The plan was in motion, with mankind oblivious to the gift of the gods, protected from those who would use the power for evil; at least for a time.

One of the priests had fallen in love with the priestess, and when the woman rejected him, he fled the land. For months there was no trace of the priest at all, not a single rumor or whisper of where he may have gone. Then, as quickly as he disappeared he returned, but he had changed. The once good and decent man now had a sinister air around him, and try as the priestess would, she could not help but distrust him. Her mistrust was well placed. Within a night of the priest's return, the priestess was kidnapped by a group of bandits, all of whom demanded she tell them where the necklace was. The priestess was beaten and tortured, forced to endure every humiliation known to man. Rather than allowing herself to give into her captors, the priestess took her own life to keep her secret.

And so the tales of the necklace lived on through the eyes of two group; the priests who remained faithful to their task, and the bandits who continued their blind search for the necklace. The legend was passed down from generation to generation, each group growing and preparing for the day the new guardian would return.

Humanity evolved, growing by the thousands, then millions, until soon there were billions. The legend lived on, the hunt for the guardian a constant quest. And then one day mankind destroyed itself. The world they had built was destroyed, becoming nothing more than a wasteland. The monsters that had been lurking in the shadows saw this as their return, their numbers growing as mankind began to dwindle away. The need for the necklace became paramount in the survival of mankind, but the guardian had yet to be found. The hunt was still on for the woman who held the key to man's survival.


======Plot====

It's 2145, the world is a virtual wasteland filled with the crumbling remains of civilization destroyed in a nuclear holocaust. Humanity has dwindled down from billions to just under a hundred thousand, and slowly growing. Most humans wander from place to place, scavenging what resources they can find while searching for a place that will allow them to settle. The world itself has already started the healing process, with patches of fertile land and waters that are clean enough for drinking, but these places are few and far between.

Among the wanders the priests and bandits have already begun their search for the guardian, who by all accounts would have been born eighteen years prior. Each group has their own motives. The priests to protect the guardian, find the necklace and use its powers to restore the world, and the bandits who wish to use the power of the necklace to take control of the world and gain ultimate power. Neither group knows exactly who they are looking for, only that the guardian is a woman born with the knowledge of the necklace's first protector.

Arimae is not what one would expect a guardian to be. Her mother swore that she was something special, destined to do great things from the moment she was born. But those high praises and dreams of a great destiny died along with the woman when the girl was five years old. Her father did not feel the same love for the girl, only viewing her with ridicule and contempt. When his wife died, he was quick to leave the girl to fend for herself, believing that she would die shortly afterwards. She did not die, however. She survived, scavenging what she could and learning the skills she needed through trial and error. Her only salvation was her dreams, dreams of a time and place where the world was beautiful and peaceful, where she was respected and strong enough to take care of herself. Each night the Arimae would dream of this life, longing to become the woman she was in her mind. But when she awoke, the dreams became little more than a memory, and the reality of her life far from what she longed for. She traveled alone, always ignoring the pull of some unforeseen force that nagged at her, going out of her way to venture further from the call.

Eventually the girl found herself a safe haven, a tiny little speck of land with enough fertile soil for her to grow whatever seeds she could find and enough rain to keep herself alive. She settled, scaring off unwanted company whenever they passed by. It is here that she has lived for the past two years, a little hovel of a home and a small patch of lush green land around it. The dreams come to her more often, and the pull is getting harder and harder to resist, but the girl stays where she is, pretending that she doesn't remember the destiny her mother spoke of.

Basically with this plot, your character is a descendent of one of the guardians and my character is naturally the descendent of the priestess. YC will have been drawn to her, following the pull that she ignores. When he finds her, he doesn't even know what he's even looking for. They're attacked and eventually things start fitting into place. They learn about the necklace and it sets them on the path to finding it.

Spoiler: Pages of Destiny

Her name was Destiny because her mother believed there were great things ahead for her.

What Destiny got was a life of being shuffled from one foster home to another with the occasional stays with her flighty mother in between. She grew up without a home, without a family, and with no idea that love could exist outside the pages of a book. Books were what kept her from giving up all hope on life. Inside each story she found a little bit of hope to cling to, something to keep her holding on when nothing went her way. They were her windows into other worlds and other lives, lives worth living. Who could have predicted that Destiny had a story all of her own, being read by a curious prince in a time and place that she believed only her imagination could reach.

Books were always magic to Destiny, but what she didn't know was that in other worlds books were truly magic and in one such world a cold-hearted prince became fascinated with her story. He couldn't explain why he'd picked the book up to begin with, but the moment he read the first line he knew there was something different about the woman within its pages. In his world where magic reigned, the tales of metal chariots and flashing picture frames engrossed him, but what truly caught his attention was the story of Destiny. She wasn't anything spectacular compared to the women that flocked to him. Yet, there was something about the tales of her life, how she somehow waltzed through when nothing was going her way and still managed to find something to cling to that gave him his own kind of hope.

The magic in his world was fading, although no one could understand why. Scholars across from all corners of the world searched for answers high and low, unable to understand what was going on and how to stop it from happening. When one of the scholars discovers the prince's book, they come to the conclusion that the woman in the story plays some part, although whether it is as the world's savior or curse, they're not sure. They devise a plan to bring the woman into their world in hopes of finding answers.

When the prince learns of the scholars plans and how they intend to use Destiny without care of what happens to her, he comes up with his own plan to thwart them. Entering her world, his first act is to find the woman who has haunted his life and protect her at all costs, even in a world that is not his own.

Seperating herself from everyone, including her own kind, a Valkyrie decides she wants no part of the war. That is until her entire coven is murdered and she is the only Valkyrie left. Now both sides are actively pursuing her, with one devising a plan to win her over. But how easy is it to seduce a valkyrie that hates everyone?

Not only is he a full-blooded elf, he is in a position of power over her making it impossible for romance to blossom between them. Note: The vampires and werewolves in this roleplay will be based on various types of lore mostly from Anne Rice, True Blood, and Underworld.
The queen of vampires has always been the ultimate goal for the werewolves during the centuries long war between the two races. With their lives connected to each and every single vampire and being the only vampire female capable of actually giving birth, the werewolves knew to take her and the vampire king out would completely destroy their enemies. However, when they take out the royals, the thought the vampires would perish, but when the werewolves discover that the infant princess they struggle. The thought of killing a defenseless baby, even if said baby would grow up to become a lethal killer, turns their stomachs. Rather than kill the baby, they take her with them and the clans unite to discuss what to do with her.

For weeks there is a debate on what to do about the new vampire queen who isn't even old enough to walk let alone rule. Most believed imprisoning her is the right thing to do. Others think they should simply keep her and use her to control her kind. Only one sees a way to keep her alive and allow her to return to her kind once she is old enough to rule. The werewolf general doesn't have any love for vampires, but for some reason cannot stomach the idea of killing her. He offers to raise her up, teaching her to value life and respect the world around her in ways that her own kind refuse to do. For the first hundred years, as she grows and freezes into her mortality, their relationship is more like father and daughter than anything else. However, as she reaches the age where she is old enough to start seeking out a mate, things begin to change between them. At the same time, the leader of his clan has decided that it is time to return the queen to her own kind in hopes that her upbringing with the werewolves will help cement peace between the two races.

Spoiler: Labyrinth (New Plot)

Note: For the purpose of this plot, we're going to say that Sarah was over the age of 18 in the movie!
The story of Sarah and Jareth does not end when she returns home, but after a brief love affair between the two which results in the birth of their daughter five years later. The little family were happy, at least until enemy forces came and Jareth was forced to send Sarah and their daughter back to her world to protect the two people he loved most. However, before he sends his only child through, he bestows his powers upon her and places an enchantment on her that will fade away on her 21rst birthday with the hopes he can be reunited with her before then.

However, the reunion doesn't come. Jareth is captured and locked away and a new Goblin King takes the throne. Unlike his predecessor, the new king is cruel and his demands impossible. While he lives in luxury, sending his goblins out to rob and steal for his wealth, the goblins themselves are treated only slightly better than slaves. The kingdom is falling in despair, not only due to the cruelty of the new king, but Jareth's missing powers which are still held by his daughter who is in her mother's world unaware of her origins.

On the other side, Sarah and Kyra have lived their lives, unaware of what was going on. To protect Kyra, Sarah keeps her true identity a secret, longing for the day Jareth returns for them and they can explain things to their daughter together. However, on the dawn of Kyra's 21rst birthday, Sarah is left with no choice but to tell her child the truth. Before she gets the chance a new player appears, sending both Sarah and Kyra's world into chaos.

Hiding in the shadows over the past 18 years, Jareth's personal guard has been keeping watch over his king and the kingdom. The labyrinth is beginning to deteriorate without Jareth's magic to keep it together, and the goblins are slowly going extinct. Although powerful in his own way, he knows that he cannot free his king and save his kingdom alone. Using the last bit of magic that he can spare, Jareth sends his guard to retrieve his daughter, tasking him with the challenge of training her to use her newly acquired magic and help her rid the kingdom of the tyrant holding the throne. What the guard doesn't expect is to discover that the same woman he is sent to retrieve and train is not just his princess, but his mate.

After witnessing the death of her family and being nearly killed herself, MC uses her dying breath to call upon any force listening to save her and help her get revenge upon those who have wronged her. Wendy always believed that Captain Hook was a villain, determined to destroy Peter Pan and the Lost boys. When she shared her tale, she always painted the pirate as a vile, ugly man with a hook for a hand and a thirst for blood. James Hook became a fearful figure in the lives of her children and the children of her children, all except one.

Katrina Darling never truly believed that Peter Pan was as good as the stories portrayed him. Not only did he kidnap children he claimed were unwanted and unloved by their families, but she knew first hand that if something seemed too good to be true it probably was. She never fully trusted the story of Neverland where children were free to do what they wanted without consequences. Everything had a consequence, but Wendy had been far too enchanted by Peter Pan to give it any thought. Of course, it was just a story. Trina knew that it didn't matter who was the hero and who was the villain of the fairy tale. She had her own life to worry about. That is until her life is changed when one of her neighbor's children is kidnapped by a man bearing a striking resemblance to the boy in her grandmother's stories.

While the police are on the search, Katrina does a little sleuthing of her own. Finding a chest filled with Wendy Darling's belongings, she discovers a satchel filled with glitter. Could it be pixie dust? Would it really give her the ability to fly? With only one way to find out, she sprinkles some on herself and thinks happy thoughts. Trina never expected to lift off from the ground, and she certainly didn't believe that flying into the sky she would find her way to Neverland and she certainly didn't plan to land in the middle of a fight between the notorious Captain Hook and Peter Pan himself.

Too stunned to move out of the fray, she is shocked when she is scooped up by Captain Hook, who is well aware of who Katrina is. After all, the most important thing in Neverland is believing. How could he not know that the woman he carries off to the Jolly Roger is the only person to ever believe he might actually be the hero of the story?

She'd been captured by pirates and even walked the plank into the darkness of a sea filled with mermaids and monsters. She never quite made it to the sea thanks to Peter Pan's rescue, but she knew what lurked beneath those murky depths would have torn her to pieces in seconds.

For that glorious week she had been more than just Wendy Darling, sister to John and Michael. She had been a mother to the little boys who'd flocked to the sound of Peter Pan's magical flute. She'd tucked them into bed, telling them stories of princes and knights saving damsels in distress. She'd wiped their tears when they'd fallen down and scraped their knees. She had given them what she thought all mothers gave their children. But in the end, her brothers desire to come home had sent her venturing back into the world she knew, leaving behind the Lost Boys and the one boy who had stolen her heart.

When she returned, she thought John and Michael would share their story with their parents, but it was her tale all along. The two boys claimed that she'd been imagining the whole thing, that she'd dreamed up the pirates and the boy who could fly. At first her parents humored her, believing the burst of imagination was cute. But as time passed and she began to grow listless with her life and longed to return to a world where she felt important and cherished, her parents' patience wore thin.

Wendy vividly recalled the first institution they placed her in. The walls were painted in colorful shades of blue and green, hiding the terrifying atmosphere. She remembered curling up in a ball in her bunk as the other teens on the unit screamed and banged on the doors and orderlies charged into rooms doing whatever they wanted to the kids they thought no one would listen to. She could list every medication her parents put her on, how they made her stomach and head ache for weeks at a time. They made her mind numb, and all color seemed to drain out of her life. In those moments she forgot about the green of the forest she traveled through with Peter. She couldn't remember the laughter of the Lost Boys as they circled around her to share their accomplishments. She felt hollow, more like a shell than a person.

She'd tolerated it for two years before she ran. Without an education or any way to support herself, she'd lived on the streets for a full year. She'd managed to survive on low wage jobs and the charity of others until one day she decided enough was enough. She couldn't live her life bouncing from shelter to shelter. She couldn't simply survive at the ripe old age of 18. She wanted to live but with no way of standing on her two feet on her own, she had only one asset to use to her advantage; her body.

It wasn't an accident that Wendy became a stripper. No, she'd watched plenty of dancers stalk into the diner she worked at in the dead of the night, flashing wads of cash after a full night of working the poles. She'd listened to them talk about their 'clients' and realized easy money could be had if she could ignore her own modesty. Her first night as a stripper had been a disaster. She'd stumbled on stage, moving stiffly to the music while shyly removing what little clothing she had on. Lessons had been learned from that night on until she soon became the hottest dancer at the club she started at. But Wendy wanted more. She didn't fit in with the girls who danced for men with boring, average fantasies. The women in the skimpy nurses uniforms and the schoolgirl skirts were cliche and boring in her eyes.

Wendy was the exotic one. The girl who came out with fluttering, shimmery wings on her back and glitter covering her skin. She waved her little golden wand and granted each and every one her clients' wishes for the night. In her company, men got to fulfill their desires outside of the world of pencil pushing and hard labor. She gave them more than just a moment of heated tension as she writhed erotically on their laps asking about their lives. She let them live out their dreams of lives hidden inside their own minds and they loved her for it.

And so it began. Wendy moved from club to club, searching for the place where she could fit in, a place where the ordinary didn't exist and only the stuff of stories belonged. From town to town she moved. Even across the great ocean until she found herself in the one place in the world filled with diversity, where the tastes of the clientele went beyond the norm. She found her home in New York City, in a high class and exclusive club known as Everworld. The club catered to those with eccentric tastes. From elves to witches, all the way to trolls and ogres should the client be so inclined. There Wendy became the star as she roleplayed her time in Neverland while making a pretty penny each night.

What Wendy couldn't have predicted in a million years was that the boy who had captured her heart at the tender age of fourteen was no longer the boy who wouldn't grow up. She never would have guessed that the feelings that developed between the two of them during her brief excursion into Neverland would have caused Peter to grow up. His desire to have Wendy in his life as something more than a mother figure matured him, but eventually led to his banishment. He fled Neverland in hopes of finding Wendy, but when he returned to Earth to find her, all he discovered were rumors of her whereabouts.

And so he searched for the woman, hoping to find her and finally sate his desires. What he discovers when he does finally locate her is that Wendy is wrapped up with a man out to get not only him, but the one place that where his heart remains. Can he save Wendy and keep Neverland safe while still getting what his heart wants?

Spoiler: The DImming Star to the Right

She grew up with the stories of Peter Pan and Neverland. The legend passed down from generation to generation spoke of the boy who wouldn't grow up and his band of Lost Boys who roamed through the enchanted land fighting pirates. The boys longed for a mother and for a time Wendy Darling fulfilled that role. The story passed down changed as time went on, and it wasn't just a mother that Peter Pan sought but love. By the time the tale reached Everly Darling Peter Pan had become a romantic figure. He had fallen madly in love with Wendy, only to send her back to her own world to save her from Captain Hook's evil plans for her. Most families would laugh off the idea of Peter Pan and Neverland, and perhaps Everly would have as well had it not been for the tales of the man flying outside of the windows of the Darling women. At some point in their lives, every woman in the Darling family caught a glimpse of the legendary Peter Pan and they all had stories to tell about him.

For Everly, her first encounter with the flying man came during her first heartbreak her heart was completely broken. Experiencing her first break up, she'd fallen to the bed to cry her heart out when she looked up to find him at her window. From the feathered cap he wore, the auburn locks that spilled over his brow, to the fluttering little ball of light that she assumed was Tinkerbell, Everly knew exactly who he was. Just as she moved to call for her mother, the man was gone leaving her questioning her own sanity.

But that wouldn't be the last time she saw Peter Pan. He never dared to come close again, but she caught glimpses of him outside her bedroom window, always staring at her with an unreadable expression and always disappearing the moment she'd almost convinced himself he was really there.

For the next four years she was visited by Peter. He never said a word, but didn't make any effort to hide himself from her either. It was the night of her twenty second birthday, a night she barely had any memory of that the game changed for both of them.

Stumbling into her apartment, Everly wasn't shocked to find Peter Pan flying outside her window again. What surprised her was the look of determination on his face and just how close he was to her window. Drunk and thinking irrationally, Everly dared to do the one thing she never considered doing once before; she opened the window for him. What happened next was a blur. One moment she was standing in her room, demanding to know what the man wanted from her, the next she was waking up in a pile of dead leaves to the sound of fighting. Her blurry vision could barely make out the shape of the monsters that lunged from every direction. What she could see clearly was the shadowy form of Peter as he fended each fiend off. The desolate clearing eventually became the graveyard for dozens of monsters and it was in that moment that Everly realized that she wasn't in Kansas anymore

After dispatching his foes, Peter decided it was time to share his reasoning with the dazed woman who stared up at him in bewilderment and fear from the littered ground. Neverland was in trouble and had been for nearly a century, ever since he made the fool hearted decision to send Wendy back to her family. The story she told wasn't too far from the mark, nor were all of the romantic spin offs added on by the family. Peter Pan had grown to care for Wendy and could have easily fallen in love with her if he'd allowed her to stay. He realized his feeling too late, and by the time he accepted them, Wendy had grown up and started a family of her own.

Peter became depressed with the loss of what could have been. Because of his downward spiral, the magic of Neverland began to change. With the hero of the world too lost in despair, darkness and evil began to conquer the world, leaving nothing but death and destruction in its wake. It is Peter's only hope that by trying to right the wrong of the past by bringing back one of Wendy's descendants, that he can find his way out of the rut he has fallen into, and with Everly's help, return Neverland to the enchanted beauty it once was.

Spoiler: The New Queen of Hearts

Once upon a time, a girl named Alice fell into a rabbit hole and entered a whole new world of magic and chaos. What she didn't know was that her departure and return home came with a price, forever marking her and her offspring. Alice grew up and had a family of her own, passing down the story of Wonderland as little more than a fever dream. Meanwhile in Wonderland, the Queen of Hearts begins to lose her power and control over the citizens of Wonderland, growing weaker and weaker as Alice ages. When Alice eventually passes away, so does the Queen of Hearts, leaving Wonderland in complete and utter chaos. On the other side, Alice's granddaughter begins to notice a figure staring back at her from behind the mirrors in the house she inherited from her grandmother. A man with an odd hat and intense gaze peers back at her every single time she glimpses at her own reflection. Out of curiosity, the young woman touches the glass, expecting the image behind her reflection to disappear. What she doesn't anticipate is being pulled through to the other side.

The story begins with Alice Lawson, a 20 year old college student out for a night with her friends at the hottest club in town. When she arrives, her friends are nowhere to be found, but she's hardly alone. Within the first few minutes she is approached by a man dressed in white who offers her a drink. From there everything is blank until the moment she wakes up in a large room beside a man covered in blood that isn't his own.

As the two try to piece together what happened, they quickly discover that they are no longer in the club where they started, but a dark and sinister world where evil reigns supreme and nothing is what it seems. To find out what happened to them, they must cross through realms, each one ruled by one of the sins. To reach the next realm, they must defeat or outsmart the sin all while trying to survive their minions and save the few good souls trapped in the world along with them. From there the two venture through a chaotic world that mirrors their own, ruled by the Red Queen.

The world itself is divided into territories, ruled by one of the 'Sins' (The White Rabbit runs a large red light district. The Mad Hatters runs a arena where people fight to the death, etc) Alice and her companion not only need to survive each territory, but must confront the sin to regain pieces of their memories and find their way back home.
