I have a few questions! 
1) If our OC is a Champion for a region, does that eliminate that region from being represented by anyone else as champion, or can there be multiple champs for the same region?
2) Is the "lottery" actually a thing or is that just a convenient story-in for non champion OCs? Fine either way!
3) Are we limited in our Pokemon team/roster choices to the region our characters are from, or can we have pokemon from other regions in our team? Trading exists, after all!
I do like the idea of the place, and am very interested in building a character for this, but I wanna make sure I'm not stepping outside what y'all have set down.
