People are free to make their spirit look however they wish to. They are elementals so it's up to your imagination how you want yours to look specifically. The link below leads to a post that gives a small, general idea of the different elements attitudes

I read the different types. Also so they can range from looking like an energy ball or burning fire to a magical spirit animal or humanoid spirit? I just can't really imagine a basic or standard for it lol

Lol I mean if you want, mine and another have them as humanoid spirits. Mine is ice with pointed ears and long white hair and skin and another player has a similar deal going on with theirs.
