Dimitri
1615703136014.png
Age: 26 is when he stopped aging. He is over 500 years old
Species: Hybrid
Sexuality: Straight

Dimitri wasn't always a Hybrid. He started as a werewolf. He was the son of the Alpha, destined to lead the pack when his time came. His mother was a warrior, who led alongside his father. They waged war with the vampires for many years, as vampire were hunting and killing on their lands. The rumors of a vampire bite being toxic to a wolf, were true. Just as a wolf bite would kill a vampire. This had always been, except for the rare occasion that a wolf survived a vampire's bite.

Wolves had human halves, and whenever a powerful wolf was bitten, his human half could change, die and turn into a vampire, this resulting in a Hybrid, a species illegal in the supernatural world.Hybrids were rash, and hot tempered. They had the rage a wolf and the blood lust of a vampire. They were immune to the toxins in the bite of the wolf and vampire. But they had a weakness; silver. A metal fatal to both species. The Hybrids were hunted, bounties put on their heads, until the species nearly stopped existing. Everyone except for Dimitri.

During the war, Dimitri lost his parents, his mother and then his father. The only thing holding him together was his mate, somebody who had been by his side his entire life, all 25 years. Then Dimitri, newly made Alpha, was attacked. Bitten by a vampire, only to survive and become a Hybrid. Then, in his heightened and newly turned state, Dimitri lost control of his blood lust, and killed his mate. Unable to forgive himself, Dimitri fled, running from those who would hunt him. Over the course of lifetimes Dimitri has grown cold and ruthless. His humanity is long gone, and he has no regard for human life; or life at all. He takes what he wants, and leaves bodies as he pleases.

All of this time, he has been alone. Never caring for anyone, never bonding with another person. He shut the world away, and that is how he remained. Everything about the Hybrid said he was a monster, and so he embraced it, living his life the way the hunters claimed him to be.

Current Active Role Play: To Kill A Hybrid

Clarke Bennett
1615703547334.png
Age: 25

Species: Human
Sexuality: Lesbian

Story

Clarke's life had been far from easy. Each step had been a struggle for the girl, though that was through no choice of her own. Clarke's parents had been toxic; the relationship doomed yet neither party was willing to throw in the towel and call it quits. Fighting was a constant part of her life, right from the very start. She'd watched her parents go at each other's throats, until they were throwing physical blows at one another. That ended when dear-ol-dad finally landed himself in prison for vehicular manslaughter, having killing a man while drunk at the wheel.

People would have expected Clarke's mom to do better with her freedom from the man, but it had only sent her into a spiral of drugs, alcohol, and random men. By the time Clarke was old enough, she moved out on the shitty paycheck she made, and left her life behind completely. Being an only child with no reason to stick around gave her the freedom to become a whole new person, and leave her past behind.

Easier said than done, right? Clarke seemed to have gotten her temper from her father, and often found herself in pointless fights, not being the kind of woman to back down, despite her smaller stature. Men tried to walk over her or push themselves on her, especially once they found out she was a lesbian. How many times had she heard, "I bet I can change your mind." Slip through the lips of a man?

Now the woman worked a dead end job in retail, with no real purpose or point to her life; just drifting through, knowing she was destined to forever live her life as a nobody, with nothing. Clarke had nobody in her life. No love, no person to call her own, and no family.

Personality
Clarke can be aggressive at times, though she fights for what she believes in. It isn't often she finds herself getting close to others, but were she to allow somebody in, she'd defend them to her death, caring deeply for whoever she loved. Though she hasn't always had the best life, and sees little value in her own, she's drawn to nature and animals. She finds them easier than people, loving each and every one.

Oliver White
1615703931601.png
Age: 28
Sexuality: Straight
Species: Human

Story

Things in Oliver's family had always been tense. His parents expected perfection, and anything less would not be tolerated. Having money and his esteem, his parents didn't take lightly to anything that could reflect poorly on their image. It had made for a childhood lacking fun and excitement, and had instead resulted in countless hours of studying and perfecting one or two talents. Oliver was the "black sheep," for never having picked an extracurricular activity, despite the fact his grades had landed him several scholarships. Leaving the city behind, along with his parents, was one of the best things he'd ever done in his life, regardless of the fact he left all of his friends and siblings behind. Oliver's older brother, Dylan, had stayed for a while, but once Oliver moved, so had he, leaving his younger sister, Piper, to fend for herself. Of course, none of the siblings were very far apart, and eventually his sister would move out, finding her own path.

Oliver graduated top of his class, with an Bachelor's in Business, allowing him to easily become an asset in a large trading company. There were two reasons he'd made it where he had in the company, the first being how intelligent Oliver was, but also his willingness to cover numbers, allowing the company to pocket money without anyone ever knowing. It had it's own perks for Oliver, as well, leaving him with far more money than anyone would normally make in his position at the company, but it also gained him access to more power. Such power made him untouchable from his parents, meaning they could no longer try to control him or blackmail him into returning.

Oliver had never had any intention to return home, until he'd gotten a call from Dylan. His parents had abandoned ship, having been caught for their own fraudulent activity, and were now moving into hiding. The one good thing that their parents had done for their children, as Dylan had put it, was make sure they had no implications in the crimes committed, meaning an investigation would go nowhere near the children. It was finally time for Oliver to return home, where he could see his family again, get rid of his parents' belongings, all while working from afar for the company he was with.

While most would say Oliver is cold and lacking compassion, those who he is closest to, would be the only ones to know the truth. For the people he loves, Oliver is willing to do almost anything, and underneath his hard exterior, there is a soft center, he just choose to let very few people into his life. He keeps his secrets close, not sharing many details of his life, which has been the reason that through all these years, he'd been alone.

Piper (Face claim of his sister)

Malachi Anderson (Kai)

Age: 28

Sexuality: Straight
Species: Human

His Story

Malachi, better known as Kai, had anything but an easy childhood. His mother had been cold and absent most of his life, while his father had been an addict and an abuser. The man would beat Malachi's mother, and then in turn do the same to Kai. His younger sister was never touched, though, as Kai made sure Emily was always safe. His difficult home life led to an equally difficult school career, though Kai is very intelligent, he simply had no time to apply himself. He was bullied for being poor and unlike other students. Being beaten and abused his whole life had shaped him into a pretty cold and ruthless person, which led to violence in school and outside of school; constantly finding himself in some sort of trouble.

This only worsened as Kai aged, turning to alcohol and even some drugs trying to kill his pain and anger. It worked for a while, before it too just amplified every bad thing the boy was forced to feel. Most of his troubles stemmed back to his father, who continued to push him each and every night after he would return home from his shift at the local grocery store. (Kai had to support himself and his sister for the most part, as his father surely did not.) It was all becoming too much, until one night his father and his car disappeared, neither ever to be found or seen again.

It didn't take long for the rumors of what Malachi must have done to his father to spread. Really, who would blame him? Though, Kai ignored everything everyone had to say, and never spoke a word of his father's disappearance. Was he behind it? Did he kill his father? What really happened to him? Not even his sister could get answers from him, the whole thing was forever to be a mystery.

The Present
Kai is now twenty eight years old, and has made a somewhat successful life for himself. He got a business degree with help from state and government loans, which allowed him to work for a decent tech company. He wasn't too high up the ladder, but he made enough to live a life of comfort, and that was all that mattered. Though, no matter how far he ran from his home and his family, the past always haunted him. Violence had turned him into a violent man. He'd abused his own partners, he fought strangers in bars on nights he couldn't cope, and he turned to the same drugs and alcohol his father had if things got too dark. Yet, nothing eased his pain nor took his suffering away. Each morning he woke feeling the same, and at times he'd contemplated taking his own life.

Things were spiraling for him, even as he wore the face of calm. His only friend was worried, and his bosses were saying he needed to seek help. If he wanted to keep his job, an effort needed to be put forth, otherwise he'd be a risk to the company and they couldn't have that. They'd ordered him to find help or to kiss his career goodbye. His friend pleaded with him, threatening to call his distant mother and sister, in hopes to scare him into taking the steps to get better.

Really, Kai wasn't sure he wanted to get better. His entire life had been filled with pain and suffering, and that was somehow okay with him. It was in his blood to be the same. It was all he'd ever known. Love was a concept his mind didn't understand, and people were simply tools to achieving a greater goal, even if it meant stepping on the backs of others. It mattered not to him who he hurt, or at least that was what he showed the world. If the man cared, you couldn't see it in his eyes.

Ezekiel or Z
1615830314684.png

Species: Werewolf
Age: 26
Sexuality: Bisexual

Backstory
: Ezekiel is a werewolf, he was born this way. He was raised as the son of an Alpha, always taught to guide their pack. How to tend to his future people and lead a thriving rule over them. He was taught how to be a warrior, how to defend his home and those he loved, making him strong and sharp minded.

Though, none of this ever appealed to him. He didn't want to be an Alpha, he didn't want to lead a pack, nor be responsible for the safety and security of those people. Once he was of age, Ezekiel left, packing very little and fleeing, leaving his younger brother to be taught and raised as Alpha, it would be better that way. Caleb was Ezekiel's younger brother, and much more fit to lead.

For over 50 years Ezekiel has lived among humans. He stayed out of the world of wolves, and claimed a loner status, meaning he had no pack. It was frowned upon in the wolven communities, but he would rather live among the humans. He blended, worked a regular job, and lived a... mostly normal life. He even dated, had friends, kind of. He tried. It wasn't like he wasn't good looking and charming, he was just awkward. He found he didn't seem to have a lot in common with the human world as he had hoped, even after spending time with them, he found it difficult not to grow bored.

Now he lives in a small home, just on the edge of town, with a chunk of private land for running. It was his own sanctuary. It had nearly become the only place he was happy, and he was starting to become shut off, hesitant of people and engaging, making him the silent type. He watched people, listened to the people around him talk; the mysterious stranger in the corner, just observing the life around him, trying not to give up.

Ezekiel could also be rather charming and handsome, when he wanted to be, or when he finally decided to open up. He was a sweet man, and he cared about others.
(Please note the markings on his face are tribal, they're painted on and are not permanent.)

Warwick
1615831728347.png

Species: Mage/Empath

Age: 26
Sexuality: Bisexual

Story

Warwick was born an empath, and with this, was also gifted with control of the elements around him. Though being an empath has made being truly connected with anyone nearly impossible, as he feels everything on a supernatural level. It isn't just that he can sense what people are feeling, it's that he can feel it as if it were his own emotion. Warwick could also feel the physical state of people as well, enduring through the pain that the ones around him would suffer.

As a child he was abandoned, left to drift through the system aimlessly, his parents and others not able to understand him. They feared him, and some even tried to use him. By the time he was old enough to be on his own, he was. Avoiding people at all costs, pushing away everyone who would try to get close to him, making sure that he remained alone. He'd had enough people leave to know he didn't need anyone, and other people only hurt him, even if they didn't mean to. He couldn't handle suffering through everything a person felt and dealt with.

As a result Warwick was cold to the world, and saw no reason to be a part of it. He used his abilities however he saw fit, and let himself turn a shoulder to caring. Even though Warwick had once been a very caring and sweet individual, he was now a mere shell of that man, pushed too far and left to hurt all on his own, too many times.

Abilities
He controls the elements, having a connection with the energy that flows through the world around him. Warwick possesses control over a fifth element as well: soul. Giving him the ability to influence the minds of others.

Current Active Role Play: The Beauty of Chaos
Ended Role Play: Eternal Fire

Lincoln Underwood
1622220701777.png
Species: Human
Age: 28
Sexuality: Straight

Story

Before the fall, Lincoln was a decently successful man. He'd gone to medical school to become a radiology technician. There had been trauma among his family, his younger sister being killed in a car crash at the age of sixteen. After she'd been taken so quickly, Lincoln's parents never quite recovered; they became distant and absent, leaving Lincoln with nothing but time to himself. The quiet had always been maddening, and he'd stay busy to drown out his own thoughts, throwing himself into physical exercise as a way to stay healthy and distracted. Lincoln had been with women, but none of them had grabbed his attention enough for him to form any sort of serious commitment, and he'd often been told that he had "commitment issues." Maybe he did. After having his sister so suddenly ripped away; his best friend-- losing somebody else was a terrifying thought. Something Lincoln would soon be faced with over and over again.

After The Fall
When the world finally took a nosedive, Lincoln had been at work. Once panic erupted and things got crazy, his first move was to go home to his parents. They'd locked themselves inside, but staying in the city hadn't been an option-- evacuation had started. Though, they never made it off the interstate, as traffic sat at a complete standstill. They were far enough away from the city when the booms were dropped, fire and smoke filling the sky, as one jet after the next flew overhead. The world was going up in flames, quite literally, but that wouldn't be the biggest of their problems. Soon they'd learn the real threat was the reanimation of the dead.

Lincoln's parents never made it to find out what was happening to the world. A riot on the bridge, with scattered gunfire and rage, killed Lincoln's parents. While Lincoln had left the car to walk up the interstate and try to gather more information from other people, a fight between several families trying to take things from one another had broken out. Bullets flew, and several broke through the windshield of his parent's car, leaving them both bleeding out in the front seat of the car. That night Lincoln had lost everything. And that night Lincoln killed the first person in his lifetime; the man who'd shot his parents.

Now, Lincoln was on his own, having fled from the road with nothing but his backpack full of some clothing and food-- things he'd had for when he'd gone hiking along the trails of the mountains. It would last a few days, and with the state of the new world, Lincoln knew that all laws had fallen. He needed to find a place to hole up, and then gather supplies. This is where Lincoln's story leaves off.

Personality
Lincoln can be a kind and gentle man, though when backed into a corner, he'll do whatever he has to do. Killing the man who killed his parents has left him mentally shaken, but Lincoln has never been scared of making the hard choices. The man can be a leader, and had a strong opinion when it comes to things that matter. With his past trauma of losing his sister, Lincoln has a hard time getting close to others, and often shuts himself off, showing no signs of what he's feeling or thinking. This can make him seem uncaring or distant, even if he truly cares a lot.

Scott Green
Janis Danner.jpeg
Species: Human
Age: 27
Sexuality: Straight

Story
From the outside looking in, Scott comes from a relatively normal family background. He and his brother were always taken care of, and it would appear as if they couldn't want for anything. Of course, keeping up appearances had been important to his family. To go out in public, looking anything other than his absolute best, would have been a crime against his parents. Scott's mother was controlling, and wanted nothing more than the perfect life and the picture perfect family. So, she took it upon herself to create just that. She married a man with a good paying career, who was almost never home, and then had two children. Scott was the younger of the two, his brother being two years older than he is.

Scott's father wasn't in the picture much. While his parents weren't divorced, and everyone believed their marriage was bliss, that wasn't the case. His father, because of work, was nearly never present. The man spent weeks at a time away from home. Scott had found this bothersome when he was younger, but as time passed, he just grew to resent the man instead, blaming him for not being the parent he should have been. Meanwhile, Scott put distance between himself and his mother, the older he got. Once he was eighteen, Scott moved out of his family home, and moved in with a high school friend. They attended college together, and Scott finished with a degree in Journalism, having always wanted to write. During his childhood, his creativity had always been snuffed out, as men were meant to participate in sports, not spend their time at a desk writing. Just another way his mother controlled and manipulated his life.

Scott only remained in contact with his family, for the sake of his brother, who hadn't pushed their mother away as Scott had. Instead, his brother, Brian, remained close with their mother. He was always the golden boy, though he never acted as such. Scott and Brian have a good relationship, as good as it could have been. So Scott would go home for holidays, and call or visit every few months, just to make sure that his mother didn't suddenly decide to kick him out of the family.

Personality
Scott is outgoing, and loves life. As somebody who wasn't shown much love growing up, he is exactly the opposite. Scott enjoys making people happy, and lives life to the fullest. The man will go out of his way, just to help a friend in need. Overall, people would consider Scott kindhearted and charming. His presence could fill a room, and people constantly want to be around him. Scott was popular throughout school, and that followed him into his adult life, though sometimes he just wants peace and quiet, and can spend days by himself without complaint. Mostly, he is just trying to find what he was meant to do in life, aside from writing. As an adult, he can finally live however he pleases, and has taken this time to explore various walks of life.

Allison Stone
AS.jpeg
Species: Human
Age: 28
Sexuality: Lesbian

Backstory
From a young age Allison had been thrown into the system; abandoned by her parents and forced to bounce from one foster home to the next. Allison was only four when she was sentenced to a childhood in foster care, though she opted out as soon as she was able. From the age of four to sixteen, Allison was in one foster home or another, going through at least one or two of them a year. At sixteen, she ran away, deciding life on the streets had to be better than life in abusive, unloving faux-families.

Allison took to theft to make her way through life. She'd steal from anyone she could, and after doing it for a year, she'd gotten rather good at it. Allison had learned the places to go; the people to target. The rich didn't care about a wallet full of cash, they just canceled their credit cards. Until one day, Allison picked the wrong man, getting caught in the act. Before she could run, the older man had grabbed her by the arm, holding her in place. That man would come to be none other than Mr. Wolfe, owner of a massive empire of companies, with an endless amount of wealth and resources.

Mr. Wolfe, rather than ruining Allison's life, decided to give it some purpose. The younger girl was clearly skilled at a few nefarious things, which could easily be turned into something more. With his family in a powerful position, they naturally had enemies. Of course, Mr. Wolfe's son, who was about the same age as Allison herself, was no help to the cause. The young man caused plenty of trouble. Soon, Allison would learn of Mr. Wolfe's plans, and eagerly, Allison would agree. All she had to do was learn about the family; keep a watchful eye on the property and on Mr. Wolfe's son. Though, that quickly changed. The moment Allison turned eighteen, Mr. Wolfe enlisted her in a series of physical combat training programs, shooting classes, and more. Allison learned everything there was to basically being a hit-man, though Mr. Wolfe never used her skills for that purpose. Not yet. Allison only ever guarded the family, going with them on trips.

Then, after a couple of years, that would change, too. Allison would no longer be just a simple bodyguard, she would become an enforcer. If somebody moved against the Wolfe family, Allison was sent to handle it. How many times had she left somebody barely breathing? Killing was something she'd not been pushed to do, but much like everything else, with time, that changed. At the age of twenty-one, Allison killed her first person. That was when things started to become numb; when she had started to cut herself off from any real emotion. There was no room for emotion or any real feeling in the job that Allison had, and she had long since accepted it.

Present
Allison had been hired for yet another job, only this time, it is Nathaniel Wolfe who has sent for her services, rather than Mr. Wolfe himself. Nathaniel's fiancee had nearly been kidnapped. Allison's assignment? Watch the woman twenty-four-seven, and take out anyone who would attempt to lay even a finger on her head. This was meant to be her last job; the one that would finally gain her her freedom from the Wolfe family, if such a thing were possible. They'd taken her off the street, fed her, housed her, and employed her. Thanks to Mr. Wolfe, Allison had gotten to live a life of luxury she would have never expected to have.

Personality
Allison is the kind of woman who is almost always serious. She keeps herself closed off and short, often finding she doesn't have much to say– or she simply doesn't care to interact. People can find her cold, sometimes even callous. Whether or not there is more beyond her tough exterior, is a guess to most, though it is often assumed the woman simply lacks a heart. Maybe it's simply that nobody has yet to touch it.
