History: Him Sir was one of the rare Force-sensitive Kaminoans. She had no clue she was Force-sensitive. When Count Dooku took over the Clone Trooper contract with the Kaminoans for Sifa-Dyas, she began to experience dreams that were Force visions of the future, but she didn’t interpret them as such. To her, they were not visions but simulations her mind slowly ran based on the available data she had. The simulation ended in the extinction of her people at the hands of the very people who hired them to create the clone army. She knew she had to save the species. She found a place to work in secret and began setting up her own cloning facilities.

HS-0000 was the first of five female clones of Jango Fett created by Him Sir. These clones were given the same augmentations that Clone Commandos received, but their training was aimed at making them capable of working as a unit like the Clone Commandos and solo like ARC troopers.

The first year they were flash-trained; after that, they were trained by several people. The first was an exiled Clawdite who taught them the psychological side of stealth: body language, vocal mimicry, social camouflage, reading target vulnerabilities, and navigating urban environments without drawing attention. The second was a rogue Teräs Käsi Martial Artist who taught them to turn their body into a weapon, focusing on pressure points, stealth takedowns, and improvised weaponry. The third was a Republic Shadow Operative who got burned and taught them the tradecraft, slicing, high-society etiquette, security system bypasses, sniper marksmanship, and operating under deep cover in the Core Worlds. Finally, a Morgukai Assassin who taught them about pure lethality, poison synthesis, tracking, sensory deprivation training, and lethal close-quarters combat.

For three years, HS-0000 and her sisters were trained by these people into deadly assassins and into an elite commando squad that was to be feared by all who met them. After four brutal years of training, Him Sir gathered them all for the final test. The clones had to kill their trainers to graduate. HS-0000 and her sisters didn’t hesitate; they started hunting their trainers down across the underground facility on the HS-0000less moon they called home. The five clones were victorious.

The clones were then assigned around the galaxy in places where they could monitor and eliminate threats, siphon funds back to Him Sir so more clones could be created, and acquire technology and weapons for Him Sir. HS-0000 was assigned to Coruscant as Sefiza Trintrisa. Sefiza Trintrisa rose quickly in the administrative ranks. She used her time to acquire heavily modified Katarn-class commando armor for herself and her sisters, as well as weapons used by Clone Commandos. She intercepted the shipment and secured one for herself before redirecting the shipment to Him Sir.

After the rise of the Empire, she saw an opportunity to rise even higher in a far less ethical era. She maneuvered herself into the Imperial Security Bureau. She came to be privy to the Empire’s desire to end business with Kamino. She contacted Him Sir and informed her that the end was near. Him Sir began acquiring everything she could, including samples of her people’s DNA kept in storage. Him Sir then erased any trace of her existence on Kamino.

For two years she worked tirelessly to keep Him Sir’s cloning facility off the radar of the Empire, but eventually she couldn’t save her people. She sent an evacuation order to Him Sir; she didn’t try to hide it; she didn’t have the luxury of time to hide it. Once she sent the order, she executed every escape contingency plan she had. Explosions began going off on Coruscant planet-wide, creating mass panic. She used that panic to get to her secret hangar and get off world. She found her home under attack. She knew that moon better than she knew the back of her hand. She accessed the transmitter on the moon to punch through the naval jamming; she then transmitted an Executive Command Lockout, a priority code that froze the attacking ship's bridge controls, flagged the command as coming directly from Coruscant High Command, and forced the ship's reactor into a critical overload cycle before the crew realized what was happening.

With the ship destroyed, she continued to the moon. Once she landed, she made her way to a hidden entrance. Once inside, she accessed the local holonet and began assessing the situation. Most of the local defenses were destroyed; the second-generation clones who hadn’t even finished training, and their trainers, were dead. Those who weren’t dead were holed up in the single most defensible position on the moon, licking their wounds. Him Sir’s suite was on fire; the DNA databank clearly suffered catastrophic explosive damage. Everything they had worked for had turned into absolute shit; all the DNA was gone or damaged beyond repair. The Kaminoan people were extant; it was only a matter of time before they were extinct. She wasn’t going to let any Imperial leave here alive. She began sealing sections off and sucking all the air out of those sections. She then made her way to the survivors in the training arena. In the arena, she helped them hold the line against the Imperials. She funneled all available power to the turrets and overclocked them.

As the battle dragged on, more of her people she lost. Eventually she realized this was no way any of them were getting out alive unless it was as prisoners. None of them wanted that; she had seen what happened to prisoners. She set the self-destruct sequence; she led the survivors to the nearest exit, but the Clone Troopers dogged them the entire way. Eventually, it was just her; she was just centimeters away from the ladder when the ceiling collapsed.

She woke up hours later; the only people left alive in the universe she cared about were her first-generation sisters. They were spread to the far reaches; she had no clue where they were, if they were alive, and she had no way of finding out. She was well and truly alone in the universe. She only had one goal left in life: finding her sisters. She made her way to the surface; there she found several jetpack troopers patrolling near her ship. She used her sniper rifle to take them out from cover. She then took one of the jetpacks for herself and made her way off the moon. She contracted Zero Company, offering them her expertise in return; she gets to use their intelligence network to look for her sisters.

Notes: Him Sir programmed her clones to age four times faster than baseline humans until age 20, then they were programmed to automatically slow their aging to half that of a baseline human until they died.

History: In 26 BBY, the Chandrillan Senator Curdo Ledisha saw a prolonged period of peace and demilitarization not as a good thing but as the thing that would bring the downfall of the Republic. He contacted Olillan Geleone, a fellow Chandrillan and one of the most prominent researchers within the Republic Ministry of Science. He gave Olillan the budget to create a Replica Droid that could be used as an assassin, to save the Republic from a war before it started. Olillan mapped out everything she needed for the project; she realized by herself it would take fifteen years. She began examining ways to cut it down; she then realized that several projects were already in the works that could cut her timeline down significantly if she siphoned off some of the materials to her Replica Droid. She estimated that, by using her coworkers' efforts, she could cut it down to two years.

Olillan was only eight months away from completing the project when it was discovered. Curdo was forced to resign in disgrace, but the public was given a much different reason to avoid the much worse scandal. Olillan was ordered to destroy the Replica Droid. Olillan could not, would not destroy the droid under any circumstances. She faked the droid’s destruction and was then fired from the Ministry. She smuggled the droid off-world. Zun Xel of the Black Sun approached her and offered her everything she needed to finish the droid.

Olillan named the Replica Droid Jel Cin. When Olillan presented Jel to the Zun, she said a phrase her people implanted into Jel. That phrase forced Jel to assassinate Olillan and everyone else involved in the project except Zun. Zun was very happy with Jel’s performance. Jel was to be Zun’s second-in-command, bodyguard, personal assistant, among other personal duties. Jel helped Zun seize control of the Black Sun through systematic assassinations and sabotage.

But eventually Zun fell to the same kind of betrayal she used by her rivals. Jel barely escaped with her life. She began seeking revenge and redemption for her failure. She contracted Zero Company for their help, paying them extremely generously for their efforts using funds that Zun had saved in secret, even from the Black Sun.

History: Maza was trained by the Arkanian Jedi Master Norcij Zeng. Upon being knighted, they traded lightsabers following the Concordance of Fealty. Maza was to be his last Padawan. He planned to use the rest of his life to do whatever good he could. A few years after being knighted. She was eventually assigned a Zabrak named Tu Erl as her first Padawan. Tu and Maza had a remarkably close relationship as mentor and apprentice. Maza was sad to see him knighted but also immensely proud of him.

Maza decided to focus on herself for a while. One day the Council gave her orders to investigate a Dark Side cult. She tracked the cult’s ritual murders across the stars. The murders formed an incomplete sigil. She theorized the planet with the next sacrifice and went there. Eventually she found the cult; it was being led by Tu Erl, Maza’s former Padawan and their latest sacrifice was her former master Norcij Zeng.

Between the feelings of guilt, shame, and anger Maza was experiencing, the completed sigil amplified those feelings to overwhelming levels. Maza ruthlessly slaughtered the cultists. During the fight, her lightsaber kept flickering back and forth from red, but she was too overwhelmed by her feelings to notice.

When the battle was over, she snapped back; she saw her lightsaber was flickering red; she dropped it in horror. She then saw what she did to all the cultists, some of whom were clearly incapable of fighting back. She checked to see if they were still alive, but none survived. She took all the lightsabers and her master’s body with her and set course for Coruscant. The cultists were left to rot.

On the way to Coruscant, she performed the purification ritual on the red crystal of her former padawan’s lightsabers. She did not know if she was up to the task after she nearly fell. By the time the ship arrived, she had finished the purification ritual successfully; the ritual had changed her dramatically. She then reported to the Council what she had done. The Council congratulated her and offered sanitized, formal condolences for the loss of her students. It was at that moment she finally realized what she had been feeling for years. The Jedi Order no longer lived up to its ideals or the ideals of her Master. She left that day and never came back. She was going to do what her Master did, do whatever good she could before she died, but she vowed to never take another life, no matter what.

To ensure she never took another life, she made alterations. She converted two of the lightsabers into dual-phase. She then installed specialized dampening sleeves, ion-focused lenses, and tuned the Kyber crystals to output high-voltage arc energy; this had the effect of permanently converting the Lightsabers into Shocksabers.

She became a mechanic in the Outer Rim, she could fix anything put in front of her but her specialty was droids. When the Empire took over, she took broken stun blasters and converted them into attachments to her lightsabers. That way, her lightsabers would not be seen as lightsabers.

History: Railo Vuun is a member of the Serennian nobility. She grew up wanting nothing and being groomed for a life of politics and high society. When she turned eighteen, she was sent to Coruscant to continue her political education; she was one of the junior aides to the Serennian Senator. When she was twenty-three, Count Dooku sent her an encrypted message: she was to kill the Serennian Senator and make it look like an accident; if she did, she would be named as the next Senator. She knew his schedule better than he did; she studied his schedule for a week to find the most opportune time to act. She had several ideas planned to the second. Nine of those plans included a rare untraceable neurotoxin.

Just as she got the neurotoxin and was about to slip it into his wine, he became violently ill. He collapsed and died right there at his desk, while eating. She contacted Coruscant Security Forces; an investigation was run and an autopsy performed. When it was all said and done, his death was due to food poisoning; many people sickened and some died from it. Before she could report her failure to Dooku, Dooku called, congratulating her on her success. She did not hesitate; she accepted his praise and, within hours, was named acting Senator to Serenno. Eventually, she was appointed Senator.

As a Senator, she delivered eloquent speeches against Republic corruption and Outer Rim taxation while also using her Senate immunity, diplomatic pouch privileges, and top-level clearance to orchestrate high-level espionage for Dooku and the nascent Separatist movement.

When the seven Great Houses met to decide Serenno’s allegiance to the Republic, Count Vunn, Railo’s father, voted against leaving the Republic. He later died in an arranged shuttle accident. Railo became the new Countess. As a Countess, she was approached by Separatist Intelligence to become one of their operatives. For the entirety of the Clone Wars, she used her position as a Countess to manage a network of informants, orchestrating blackmail, and coordinating sabotage operations or assassinations. She would occasionally get her hands dirty when it had to happen at a high-society summit or gala dinners.

When the Clone Wars ended, and the Republic was reorganized into the Empire, she knew Seranno was not going to fare well in the coming years. She grabbed everything she could and had it loaded into the Silent Sovereign, a Baudo-class star yacht. Separatist Intelligence heavily modified the Silent Sovereign to serve as her office when travelling. It was also armed to the teeth.

Once she was safely away, she began contacting everyone who used to report to her, and those she had blackmail material on. She began working as an information broker. She returned to Seranno once more to collect some key people she needed.

She was in an asteroid field hiding from the Empire when news of Serenno’s occupation and orbital bombardment reached her. She watched as the house she grew up in was rendered into rubble.

When the Empire started nationalizing entities such as the Trade Federation and the Banking Clan, she began working with bitter, displaced executives to liberate as much as she could from their former employers.

She started just as an information broker, but the more she heard about the Empire, the more she wanted to hurt them. She started using her assets to sabotage the Empire’s manufacturing, poison their supplies, and foster rebellion. Other than what she needs to keep herself alive, she spends every credit her family had, every credit she liberates to hurt the Empire.

Beginning in late 17 BBY, the ISB began to become a real thorn in her side; assets went missing or turned up dead. From the information she can gather, one ISB agent is the chief architect of the loss of her rebellion. She may not be able to stop the Empire, but she is going to kill that bastard. She began sourcing a volatile cocktail and filling her entire ship up with it. When her ship became a flying bomb made of Antimatter-Catalyzed Coaxium and Hypermatter, she lured her target to the asteroid field where she watched her planet be bombed from orbit. Using the R2 unit that has been with her since birth to pilot the Silent Sovereign to make the chase look good, before being pulled into the Star Destroyer by its tractor beam. Once the Silent Sovereign was inside, she sent a final message to her friend, thanking him for his sacrifice. He beeped once in reply; she then blew up the Silent Sovereign. She watched the explosion from the asteroid field inside a Sheathipede-class transport shuttle.

It only took seconds, and it cost her everything she had left, but she dealt a blow and avenged the assets she lost. She left a bitter, defeated woman. She flew to an abandoned Separatist base. She intended to live there until she died. She activated various Separatist droids, but they were never going to be her friends like her R2. They were there to keep her mind active, to give her something to do. She reprogrammed the droids to be farmers; she traded some to local communities for food and supplies she put the rest to work growing food for her or maintaining the base. All of them were programmed to defend their master with their lives.

One day, while reading a holonovel she had recently gotten, alarms went off because her sensors picked up movement near the front gate. She went to the monitor and pulled up the camera feed. A four-man team was trying to slice her front gate open. Before they could, the Empire started attacking. That is when she saw an old familiar face, Hawks. She recognized him from the reports she read during the Clone Wars and after the Empire took over. She knew if she helped him, she would have to leave. She considered letting the Empire take him or kill him. She turned the monitor off and picked up her datapad again. Then she surprised even herself by giving her droids a one-word order: Empire. That order sent all her droids into combat mode. They dropped their farming tools, picked up their weapons, and went to war. She then opened the front gate and turned on the turrets. She then grabbed a weapon and went to the front gate to join Zero Company.

History: Created by Cerberus during the Lazarus Project, Jane Shepard was a skinless, tank-bound clone initially intended to provide spare organs and limbs for the real Commander Shepard. After Cerberus secured Shepard’s Spectre dossier, the Illusive Man deprioritized the clone, leaving overseer Miranda Lawson to use it for basic testing. In 2184, Cerberus ordered the clone's termination, but Agent Rasa (later known as Maya Brooks) defied orders, sparked a violent shootout at the Lazarus Research Station, and fled with the clone. Rasa hid the stasis tank in places such as an asteroid orbiting Themis, keeping the clone in storage until six months before the 2186 Reaper invasion.

Upon awakening the clone, Brooks used neural implants to help it learn how to function as a human during the real Shepard’s incarceration. Lacking the Commander's actual memories, the clone could not flawlessly impersonate Shepard while the original was still alive. To bypass this, the clone and Brooks devised a plan to eliminate the real Shepard and her allies, hiring the CAT6 private military corporation to assassinate the original so the clone could assume Shepard's identity and push a pro-human agenda.

Shortly after Cerberus' attempted coup on the Citadel, Commander Shepard's clone initiates a plot to steal the original’s identity while the real Commander is on shore leave. Operating behind the scenes, the clone buys weaponry for her CAT6 mercenaries through arms dealer Elijah Khan and hacks classified databases to retrieve Shepard's files. She sets a lethal trap at a Silversun Strip sushi restaurant, successfully securing Shepard's Spectre code while the Commander barely escapes. To cover her tracks, the clone has Khan executed via her accomplice Maya Brooks, then uses the stolen Spectre code to infiltrate the Citadel Archives, luring Shepard into a second confrontation.

Disguised in CAT6 armor while falsely holding Brooks hostage, the clone reveals her identity, life story, and motivations during a firefight with Shepard’s squad. She uses a signal blocker to intercept transmissions, enabling her to steal the Normandy SR-2's command codes and trick Specialist Samantha Traynor into prepping the ship for launch. Although Shepard thwarts an immediate execution order, the clone succeeds in locking the Commander and squad inside an iridium vault. Before leaving to claim the ship, the clone updates Shepard's official military records with her own biometrics, pointing out that handprints cannot be replicated.

With the real Commander temporarily trapped, the clone boards the Normandy and assumes full command, firing Traynor and discarding Shepard's personal cabin belongings. Upon discovering that Shepard escaped the vault and boarded the vessel, the clone orders her CAT6 troops to delay the Commander while she equips N7 armor in the armory. A pitched battle breaks out in the shuttle bay as the ship tries to exit the Citadel. When Joker and Cortez prevent the Normandy from jumping to FTL speed, the clone deploys a Kodiak shuttle to eliminate the pilots, leaving the hangar doors wide open during the fight.

The battle reaches its climax when Shepard tackles the clone, causing both to fall down the open boarding ramp and cling to the edge. Demanding to know what makes the real Commander special, the clone watches as Shepard's squadmates—whom the clone had dismissed as emotional baggage—reach down to save their leader. Abandoned by Brooks, the clone refuses Shepard's offer of aid, letting go of the ledge and falling to her death.

She didn’t die, though; she fell onto a passing skycar. She was extremely injured. Her face was damaged beyond recognition. Aria was aware of the problems Commander Shepard had at the restaurant and throughout the ward. She didn’t know the full extent of the problems, and she didn’t know about the clone, but she did see the clone fall from the Normandy and land on the skycar. She had her people move in and secure the clone first.

The clone was given immediate medical help and sent to an off-the-books black-site medical facility. A DNA test revealed this was Commander Shepard, but Aria knew this couldn’t be Commander Shepard. She laughed when she realized what Cerberus did and did not accomplish. The surgeons were forced to amputate the clone's limbs due to the damage, and they had to remove the eyes. The facility had plenty of Asari-made prosthetics, so they were used instead. Normally, synthetic skin was grown and placed on the prosthetics, but Aria didn’t want to spend the money on it for several reasons. The clone was also given extensive facial reconstruction surgery.

The clone was kept in a medically induced coma until it was safe to bring her out of the coma. She was eventually moved to Omega after the original Shepard helped Aria liberate Omega from Cerberus. The doctors on Omega eventually brought the clone out of her medically induced coma after the Reaper invasion was over.

The clone needed a year of extensive physical therapy to become accustomed to her Asari prosthetics. At first, she was nearly completely dependent upon others to do anything. Most of the people that were there to help her were aliens, the very people she was taught to hate. In the immediate aftermath of the Reaper War, the clone watched as Omega became an essential and central trading hub in the Terminus Systems. She watched Aria focus on helping the Terminus Systems rebuild; she wasn’t doing it out of the kindness of heart. She was doing it because it meant more profit now and later, because if everyone was struggling to survive, no one was doing business. She saw that helping people changed Aria. Being reliant on the aliens and watching Aria change had the effect of changing the clone. A fact the clone was not aware of until halfway through her eleventh month of rehab; by that point she was nearly done. It was during one of her many walks around the station that Blood Pack idiots started causing problems. She used her Carnage ability several times in rapid succession. She killed all five in five blasts of Carnage. She fired without thinking. She didn’t have to; they weren’t causing her any problems or causing problems for humans. She fired to protect aliens. Part of her recoiled in shame. A larger, quieter part was proud. She knelt down and picked up a Blood Pack Punisher that landed by her feet.

Once her physical therapy was complete, Aria gave the clone a simple but time-consuming task: the mercenary groups Eclipse, Blue Suns, and Blood Pack were a thorn in her side and posed a threat to her legitimacy efforts; the clone was to bring them into the fold of the recently rebranded Talon Security. Nyreen Kandros’ mercenary group was reorganized into a police force. The clone was told to get it done by any means necessary that didn’t alert the Citadel. So that the clone could travel freely, she was given the identity of Sabine Wolfe. Sabine & Nyreen spent the better part of a year tracking down the leadership of the three mercenary groups. Any who refused to join the Talon Security were eliminated. After the mercenaries were brought under Nyreen’s control, they returned to Omega; Nyreen was named the Director of Public Safety, and Sabine was named Director of Security & Intelligence. Sabine wasn’t a desk-riding Director; she moved freely about the galaxy. Aria gave Sabine the Aegis the sister ship of the SR-2 Normandy, which Cerberus put into service just before the occupation of Omega.

History: AIU-INF-2186-049 was an Infiltrator for the Alliance during the Reaper War. 049 saw combat on only one planet, Benning. During the evacuation of Benning, 049’s commanding officer ordered 049 to stay behind and cover the evacuating Kodiaks. Several Alliance Infiltration Unit Infiltrators were given the same order. They banded together and defended the shuttles from the Reaper forces; many were destroyed those that weren’t kept hunting Reaper forces on the planet, defending the population. Since the planet’s automated agricultural systems were still running, they used those systems to recharge as needed. 049 was the last to fall in combat to the Reapers.

In February 2187, 049 was one of many Alliance Infiltration Unit Infiltrator units sold on the black market. Aria bought a batch of Alliance Infiltration Unit Infiltrators. 049 was one of several that were brought back online using parts from others. 049 was reprogrammed to serve Aria. Aria had synthetic skin applied to all her Alliance Infiltration Unit Infiltrator units. Aria renamed 049 to Clara Vance, with the codename Watcher. Watcher was then assigned to the Aegis as the XO to keep an eye on the captain. She was given armor and weapons left behind by Cerberus.
