Well they did 4 X-rays of the knee. And then I was taken back to the exam room and had to change into shorts. Looks like my left knee cap is out of alignment, it is going to the side instead of straight center which is contributing to the cracking so am going to schedule a therapist to work with me on strengthening the knee and force it back into alignment.

Physical therapy scheduled for November 20th at 3:30 pm. But knee bones are perfectly straight and look good otherwise.

Thank you. I’m just glad it isn’t anything worse. Though it does seem there’s almost a hollow area on tte left knee on one side so at least I know the reason for that.

Certainly wish something could be done. Like just for my state capital, Ohio, there's always an influx of crashes on I-70 whenever the clock falls back or moves forward for I think the first few days or week.
