How's it going, gang? I'm chap. @Jumbled dragged me here with minimal kicking and screaming, so you can blame her for everything that follows.

I've not written an introduction thread in I can't tell you when and I've never been particularly good at them, so let's just get this out of the way as painlessly as possible. I've been writing for most of my life. Most of what I do is weird, high concept ideas. Genres vary from surrealism to sci-fi to outright horror. I also do big, elaborate group games, but I don't know if I'll do anything like that here.

My favorite band is Radiohead. I worship the holy trinity of David Lynch, David Bowie, and David Byrne. My favorite writers are Cormac McCarthy, Kurt Vonnegut, and David Foster Wallace. My guiltiest pleasure is professional wrestling and I'm only a little bit ashamed of that fact. I'm a sweetheart, pinky promise.

Anyway! I'm still exploring the site a bit and figuring out everything it has to offer (and at a particularly busy time in my life, no less!), but you might just be seeing more of me in the not too distant future.
