Hello,
Not quite safe enough to give a real name so you can call me Red or Wolf or even Wolfy Girl. Twilight will get my attention as well. I've been writing my whole life and I was born long enough ago as to not need ID to buy most state regulated items in stores. Not even close to 18yrs. old. I'm what is now call a Gen Xer. Way back in the days of floppy disc and VCRs I began writing RPGs with strangers on the World Wide Web. We meet up in Chat rooms in Yahoo. As the years rolled on and the world kept turning I even ran a RPG site for writing as well as art to accompany the stories we wrote. I went from "PG" to rated " R" for adults quickly and we hosted 500 souls before I put her down. My site ran for 11 years. Life interrupted. I grew older. For all those years I had fun and kept intellectually stimulated. Once the site was taken down I never found time to write on paper or my computer. I feared I had lost that magical exchange of minds meeting minds in a dark world and creating something with words that could be shared and revered and respected giving some light into my ordinary darkish life. So many hours and days waiting and anticipating responses back to further a story that took a life of its own. Its been a decade now and I find myself with time eared and nothing to fill that creative side of of my mind. It feels like starving for a food that can not be eaten . I want that wonderment with a twist of words so eloquently stated as to form pictures in my mind and excite my imagination. I want to share my insightful wisdom and even pull from my own lived experiences.
I searched long and hard for this place and I hope it lives up to my expectations.
I have played a few characters over the years as well as drawn my own avatars for them. One called " BASIL BUNNY " has in fact been on ALL the U.S. properties of national protection and armed forces. Army, Navy, Marines, Air Force, and The National Guards. I wrote letters from home to people and family I had who joined different divisions at different times and drew my sexy little furry girl bunny Basil on the side ledger of the letters I wrote on. One friend of mine even told me some of his crewmates stold his letter with my art and story on it to show around and would not give it back to him before they were sent to their perinate stations of duty. I still grin about that one.
I'd love to share some writing time with anyone who asks and I'm open to a suggestion of flow for characters and well as an ending story line. If we find our characters blend well and flow with heavy muse we can do more. Time lines and world settings are an open subject matter as well. Until I have my muse whispering in my ear again I'm up for anything I can blend or bend into character. Once I really get into it again I am sure I will not disappoint any partners out there who might give me a try. WARNING! I do like to post 4 or 5 paragraphs at a time. I just feel this gives room for a setting and space to move my character in with out over posting and distracting from the story. This way it continues to flow uninterrupted. It also lets you know what my char is doing, thinking, and saying out loud.
So who ever pops my bubble first be kind as I slip back in to the make believe world and embrace my childish fantasy's again. Let's keep it " PG ' my first time around and we can discuss rated "R" themed threads once I'm more comfortable with the site the writers and myself.
Thanks to one and all and I hope I live up to your expectations as well.
