Well it's a few bucks over Ohio's (the state I live in) minimum wage. But it would just mean I wouldn't have money for food and likely starve since I wouldn't have food stamps

Starving is not fun, would not recommend. I hope the shifts aren't always as difficult as the one you had today.
Yeah I tried it before. Didn't last long as I get sick if I don't eat. I hope not. Hannah had another interview today with someone looking for a job but I swear. As soon as I can, I'm looking for a slower job. I wish I could work at the library but it's too far to walk to and they require a driver license.
Looking forward to this starting personally. Hope it goes somewhere. Group rps don't seem popular on this site.

Jobs that are quick pace are difficult to keep up with, especially on days that just don't go right. I empathize with you completely on unable to work where you one just because of not having a license. I don't have mine either :(

Sorry it's been such a rough day for you! Hope things settle down for you, trust I know how it can been with people trying to shove all their work on you. It's the reason I quit my most recent job. Every single person wanted me to cover for them and then God forbid I needed one shift covered. So I politely told them to fuck off
Also I am very much excited for this rp as well, Imma do my best to make sure it survives!!!

Well I talked to mom yesterday and grandmom today and both say I should give it a chance. I'm trying, but no lunch today either (just had a soda) and they don't let you have ice cream or sundae if you're an employee. Fryer grill thing that you put the baskets on, that fell again today. Six people all went home at 3pm edt today. Computer was down so we had to get our times of clock in, meal break start/end and time out written down. I did meet a nice lady named Angela, maybe she is a manager? Had a stitch in my stomach all day due to walking to work (34 minutes 51 seconds) and put stress on my weak ankle (fell on it last year I think and sprained it.
Then couldn't get a barrier down for bugs (I only have ants thanks to this apartment complex being shitty) but could not do that as it's where they come inside and put it down…so you and pets have to be out of apartment for 4 hours. Couldn't do that obviously since outlaw cannot go to work with me so they are going to come do that another time. Then outlaw slipped his collar, thankfully he did not go far and came when I shouted at him, just into the grassy area between single apartments and the 2-3 bedrooms for families. Oh, and i am being sanctioned…means they might lower food stamps for minimum of 1 month starting 8/31/2022. Which is okay, I still have a ton of money on my food stamps card but they had sent me letter, 2 letters last week, saying my food stamps were good until 8/31/2023.

I'm sorry this is how your day went, it sounds absolutely chaotic and stressful. I can't imagine what you're going through. I really hope you do get a slower pace job soon!
Thank you. I hope so as well but library not have anything currently but I know I would be happier there among books. I love reading and writing.
