Fei lost his parents back when he turned 18 and has been surviving on his own for the longest time. He discovered he was gay at the same age. Fei's first boyfriend and first love hadn't really come out at the time and tried to hide his relationship with him for the longest time. As a result of this, Fei ended it when he caught him cheating on him with a woman his ex's parents had set him up with. Fei's second boyfriend ended up cheating on him with another man. Since then, he hasn't had any relationships. This is why he ended up devoting all his time to Moonlight and his found family there, instead of trying to pursue relationship of his own. Fei has been with Moonlight since he turned 21 and is the closest to them out of everyone. He considers the employees and the boss of the place like his family. He is deeply committed to Moonlight and loyal to those he gives his trust to. Fei has also developed a reputation for never breaking his word when he gives it out to anyone, something that is well known amongst all of his customers and everyone at Moonlight. But at the same time, it's hard to get him to promise people things. Despite his slender appearance, he has more muscle than one might think if they haven't seen his naked body. He is skilled in martial arts but prefers not to use it if possible and only uses it for self-defense purposes. At his core, he is a deeply protective person who longs to be loved openly and not hidden.
