Going good! Sorry for the delay—expecting to make replies over the next few days.

Mostly no: they were destroyed along with the rest of DC in the war. The place is now an irradiated wasteland called the White Cliffs. However, it's possible that a few of their most important archives were uploaded elsewhere, or were evacuated prior to the war. Did you have something in mind?

Hey, no problem, and good to know.

So, my ultimate goal is to let Cas become a dictator. I would also like to know more about the Sherrif, mainly how much he could be manipulated to help meet Cas's goals. Does he desire more power? Is he unhappy with something in the L.S.A? Any bit of info would help!
