A 26 unlocks the manacles so well she never needs to roll for more manacles in this prison. Which is probably pretty moot at this point. In addition, doing so well makes her feel better about her skills. You gain Inspiration.
 
Inspiration in 5E is a floating advantage roll you can use on any check you like. You can only stockpile 1 Inspiration at a time, so can't gain more inspiration until you use what you've got.
 
A lot of DMs/Players forget about Inspiration, but I like it as a mechanic. Plus, as a rogue, you can get your sneak attack whenever you have advantage on an attack roll, so extra bonus.
